I'd like my money back please

Apartment itself seemed lovely Unfortunately we couldn't stay as the host failed to mention on the listing that it's an upper story apartment with very steep stairs up to it that my mother was unable to climb. These stairs are not pictured in the listing either. We had to make alternative last minute arrangements The owner is refusing to give us a refund, claiming these stairs are pictured and the apartment is as described. Sadly I can not recommend to anyone to stay here. The owner also failed to mention the trench outside the building that is clumsily covered by boards.

To get to the bedrooms on the first floor was lethal , the stairs ate so dangerous to get up & down

No hot water, photos misleading and very basic facilities

Location

The property had no hot water and the host was impossible to reach when they did reply they offered no solution. The rooms were also located up a very steep ladder like stairs which were not visible on the photos which was very misleading as we were travelling with someone with limited mobility. The front door of the property did not lock and there was no light outside which made it difficult to access as we arrived when it was dark. The blinds in the property were also damaged with the in the main bedroom being kept up with drawing pins. The location was close to airport which was good.

Excellent location, close to the airport—a superb place to stay before a flight.

It would have been helpful to know in advance that the sleeping accommodations were located on the second floor of the apartment accessible only by very steep stairs. As we were traveling with a senior, accessing those sleeping arrangements was not feasible for them. Fortunately, there was a sofa on the first floor of the apartment where they could spend the night. Overall, it was an ideal place to stay for an early flight.

Confort rezonabil, preț competitiv

Situata aproape de aeroportul Charleroi (35-40 min pe jos, 7-8 minute cu mașina) este un apartament pe doua nivele, la etajul 1. Este simplu, dar curat, ordonat și suficient de spațios. Mai mult decât suficient pentru șederii de 1-2 zile. Căldură suficienta, cafea, ceai la discreție, liniște...

Scările, atât cele de acces cat și cele interioare sunt abrupte fiind greu de urcat de persoane mai în vârstă sau cu anumite probleme locomotorii. Așternuturile nu fuseseră schimbate pe toate paturile, unul dintre acestea fiind sifonat și plin de fire de par. Destul de izolat dacă ne gândim la o masa în oraș sau a comanda pe o platforma de livrări (livrarea mâncării a fost facuta in 2 ore, cu 1 h întârziere)

Très bien pour le besoin que nous avions… en parlant d’avion… il faut être conscient que c’est proche de l’aéroport… donc on entend les avions atterrir et décoller. Mais après 22h c’est fini.

Les voisins 2 maisons plus loin qui menacent d’appeler la police si on se gare à moins de 10m de leur entrée.

Scala molto pericolosa, andrebbe specificato nell’annuncio (non oso immaginare se l’affittuario è una persona anziana) Letto cigolante al minimo movimento Armadi totalmente inutili (nessuno scaffale e nessun appendiabiti), abbiamo lasciato i vestiti sul pavimento (neanche un attaccapanni) Lenzuola macchiate Mancanza di almeno una bottiglia d’acqua

Inammissibile! L’appartamento è sporco, tutto rotto, foto vecchie o ritoccate! Abbiamo dormito vestiti perché le lenzuola erano luride giusto il tempo di andare in aeroporto. Che si trova lontano quindi scomodo a meno che non si è disposti a pagare 30€ un taxi privato! Una puzza assurda in bagno! Non c’è nulla da salvare se non segnalare questa truffa

Tutto questo è inaccettabile! Non è assolutamente posto che può continuare a stare nella piattaforma e RUBARE denaro a gente onesta! Utilizzo Booking da anni sia in Italia che all’estero e una cosa del genere non mi è mai successa! Ho contattato la struttura per metterlo al corrente delle condizioni di orrore ma ci sono state solo tante scuse e risposte automatiche!

Appartamento fatiscente , sporco , scale pericolose e scomodissima lenzuola pessime e vetuste , serramenti vecchi e mal funzionanti. Arredamento sporco e rotto.

Non mi è piaciuto proprio niente di questa struttura. Era sporchissima talmente sporca che non abbiamo potuto metterci neanche sotto le lenzuola . la peggiore struttura in cui sia mai stata in tutta la mia vita . Assolutamente da evitare .

Het huis was niet erg schoon en erg gehorig. We vroegen ons af of de bedden wel waren verschoond. De wastafel lekte.

Het verblijf was prima alleen niet voor 6 personen.

Was lekker dicht bij het vliegveld 5 minuten.

De waterkoker en kook apparaturen waren erg vies. Ik heb het zelf moeten schoonmaken. Sommige dingen waren niet compleet zoals de filter van de waterkoker. Raambekleding was kapot. De slaapbank was geen slaapbank kon het niet uitklappen.

Le condizioni igieniche a dir poco allucinanti, in cucina è presente il tubo di sfiato del bagno che diffondeva un odore nauseante, mai visto niente di simile. Il frigo sporco, tavolo e forno a microonde unti. Dubito che le federe siano state cambiate. Le scale per accedere alle camere impraticabili, si rischia di rompersi l'osso del collo. Non adatta sicuramente a bambini ed anziani. Non si può proporre un alloggio così.

De trap naar de 2 slaapkamers is levensgevaarlijk! Te steil, aantrede te kort zodat je je voet er alleen scheef op kunt zetten, een halve leuning aan de verkeerde kant. De onderste optrede is 5 cm hoger dan de overige. Badkamervloer spiegelgladde tegels, geen matje of iets dergelijks. Geen shampoo in de badkamer. De bedden roken muf. De voordeur van het gebouw, alsook de deur van het appartement kon niet worden afgesloten. De sloten blokkeerden.

heure d'arrivée très flexible grâce à la boite à clé. hôte attentionné qui répond au téléphone et qui demande si tout va bien.👍 places de parking gratuite dans la rue juste en face logement spacieux et propre C'est un appartement en duplex avec 2 chambres à l'étage (attention escalier non recommandé pour les personnes agées). Sécurité enfant en haut de l'escalier, on n'en a pas eu l'utilité mais je trouve important de le signaler. cuisine équipée (on ne l'a pas utilisée).

l'annonce indiquait des lits superposés alors que c'était un canapé transformable en un couchage pour 2 personnes. pas trop gênant on s'est adapté. par contre il très dur car ce n'est pas un canapé incluant un lit avec un matelas mais directement sur le canapé. Pas de volet ni de rideaux occultants ni dans les chambres ni dans le salon (en commande)
