Close to airport with good WiFi, not ideal for families or elderly guests.

Convenient stay close to the airport with all the basic essentials provided. The room was relatively clean, check-in was easy and straightforward, and the WiFi worked well throughout my stay.

Be aware that the stairs are very steep and could be dangerous for children or elderly guests, especially if they are planning to sleep upstairs. It was also quite difficult managing luggage on the stairs. Additionally, the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, a decent option for a short, convenient stay, but the stairs and bed comfort are important factors to consider.

The towels seemed clean. The house is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and it's close to the airport. I come to Charleroy several times a year, but no, I wouldn't come back here.

I was there in 22 June, downstairs there was a strong smell from the sewage system, and the owner instead of solving the problem, put two automatic air freshener dispensers in the living room. I slept upstairs where it was very hot... I couldn't really rest from the heat. I woke up well before the clock. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, not only dirty walls and doors, mold in the corners at toilet, but even the floor wasn't even swept, dirt, hairs, etc. If I hadn't been too tired I would have tried to clean it myself, instead of them. In the morning I woke up with long hairs on my face and neck, and I am a very short hair guy; I don't think the bed linen was changed, which seems incredible to me. I travel a lot for work and on vacation but I don't remember having such an experience even in the cabins at 3000-4000 meters altitude where the cleanliness and hygiene were a paradise compared to what I found here.

Esperienza negativa

L’appartamento si presenta bene esteticamente, ma la nostra esperienza è stata purtroppo negativa. Siamo arrivati a mezzanotte trovando la casa gelida: nonostante i riscaldamenti al massimo, l'ambiente non si è scaldato e un termosifone al piano superiore era malfunzionante. La pulizia era carente in tutta la struttura: abbiamo trovato polvere ovunque, odore di muffa (visibile sulle pareti del bagno) e lenzuola sporche. Il divano letto era talmente sporco da risultare inutilizzabile, costringendo quattro persone a dormire nel letto a castello, i cui materassi erano estremamente sottili e scomodi (si percepivano le doghe in metallo). Le coperte fornite erano insufficienti, corte e poco igieniche. Unici punti a favore: la presenza di acqua calda e la vicinanza all'aeroporto (circa 30 minuti a piedi). The apartment looks nice but the stay was very uncomfortable. We arrived late at night to a freezing house; the heating was ineffective and one radiator didn't work. The cleanliness was poor: we found dust everywhere, a strong smell of mold, and visible mold on the bathroom walls. The sofa bed was too dirty to use, and the bunk bed mattresses were so thin we could feel the metal slats. Blankets were small, thin, and not clean. The only positives were the hot water and the 30-minute walking distance to the airport.

La struttura non è minimamente come viene presentata nelle foto, è sporca, appena entrati abbiamo sentito un fortissimo odore di muffa. La muffa infatti ricopre gran parte delle pareti ed è nera, non è neanche salutare stare a stretto contatto con essa ma alcune stanze sono davvero piene. Wc rovinato e in terra intorno ad esso era molto sporco. Sula porta del bagno c’era una impronta di mano marrone/rossa e anche lungo i muri. Il divano ha delle chiazze marroni sopra. La zona è caotica e i taxi e bus non arrivano fin lì, infatti fino all’aeroporto l’opzione più comoda è fare 40 minuti a piedi a bordo strada.

Spacieux

Il faisait froid dans l’appartement. Il faudrait penser ajouter des couvertures pour améliorer le confort. De plus, il y a des tâches sur le canapé et sur les murs. Impossible de dormir sur le lit superposé. Le matelas était trop fin. Manque de propreté. Fait tout de même l’affaire pour une nuit de passage.

Petite maison entière avec une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée, 2 chambres correctes pour une ou deux nuits, le plus, c'est la cuisine équipée et le petit salon à l'entrée.

Chambres aux étages mais pour dormir ça ne pose pas de problème.

Die Lage ist gut. Und die kleine gemütliche Küche fand ich auch schön mit eine Lichtkuppel in der Mitte

"Sauberkeit lässt sich grüßen" Bei unserer Ankunft fiel sofort auf, dass die Unterkunft nicht dem beschriebenen Standard entsprach. In mehreren Ecken hingen Spinnweben, das Sofa war an den Lehnen stark beschädigt und die Fenster wirkten ungepflegt und sehr verschmutzt. Besonders unangenehm war der penetrante Geruch aus dem Abfluss, der sich im gesamten Raum ausbreitete, besonders nachts.... Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Lichtkuppel, durch die man beim Duschen von außen, etwa aus dem Nachbarfenster, problemlos gesehen werden kann – ein klarer Mangel an Privatsphäre. Die Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich äußerst schwierig: Erst nach mehrmaligem Hinterhertelefonieren erhielten wir den Zugangscode – das Ganze dauerte eine gefühlte Ewigkeit. Die Kommunikation war zusätzlich erschwert, da der Gastgeber ausschließlich Französisch sprach

J ai rien aimer manque d information sur le site Canapé abîmé, moisissure de partout, lit pas confortable, insalubrité des murs, odeur et remonté d égouts, manque de information sur les étages pour atteindre les chambres, insécurités total Manque de réaction de la direction malgré les signalements, je ne conseille personne a louer se logement car qualité prix trop élevé pour se qui est présenté sur booking , arnaque total

Manque de respect et de réaction de la part de booking et des propriétaires malgré ma pleinte et les photos envoyé pour un éventuel remboursement intégral du logement car j ai quitté le logement plus tôt que prévu suite a.l insalubrité du logement et jusqu'à présent aucun retour de booking et des propriétaires , je ne conseille personne a réservé se logement car vous serez surpris, c est que du vole

Bien, facile d'accès, facilité pour les clés. Draps, serviettes tout le nécessaire de disponible pas besoin de s'encombrer. Bon contact avec le propriétaire.

Mon fils a trouvé le lit superposés dure . Un petit peu plus isolé niveau sonore pour les avions mais ça n'a pas été trop gênant. On a quand même bien dormi.

Bedden zijn niet best en het stonk vreselijk in huis. Gewoon even de leiding afdoppen en dan is het klaar. geur was echt niet te harden.

Posizione comoda vicino all'aeroporto (circa € 20 la corsa in taxi) A 5 minuti a piedi, la mattina è stato piacevole trovare una piccola bottega con cose di prima necessità e per fare una piccola colazione.

Il cattivo odore in casa dovuto agli scarichi. Il piano superiore con il letto a castello è un po' squallido. Non riuscire ad abbassare il riscaldamento perchè ogni volta che si girava la manopola dei termosifoni srpuzzava acqua ovunque. La prenotazione era per 5 persone ma erano presenti solo un letto a castello per 2 persone ed un letto matrimoniale
