Not bad for a short stay to be close to the airport

Good location for the airport, around a 35 minute walk, nice kitchen area and spacious.

Bathroom wasn’t great, the “shower” is a shower head over the bath with no shower curtain, water goes everywhere and it’s very damp and mouldy, not clean at all.

We were ripped off and had a hideous stay. It would have been more comfortable and clean to sleep on the airport floor.

Genuinely nothing.

Most of all the lies from the hosts, the property is dismal yet they call it cosy etc. It was dirty, sticky handrail on stairs, hair on floor, shavings in bathroom sink, mould in bathroom, rotten dirty silicon around bath, bedsheets not clean, uncomfortable beds, cheap creaky laminate flooring. The stale smell of the house was disgusting. We were left feeling unclean just by being there.

AFFORDABLE WITH A PRICE TAG

1 .The stairs was scary . It’s almost a. A dead trap for small kids , the security of the main entrance is questionable. 2. It has direct access to the street therefore extra key or security wouldn’t be bad 3. The bathroom needs a change . The tub wasn’t child friendly at all . My children nearly tripped over 4. Landlord asked us to leave at 10am which is the worse checkout time I have ever seen

Simple house, close to CRL airport, practical if your flight is very soon or late from CRL.

The best is the fact, that this house is really close to the CRL airport. It's about 30mins walking distance or 5mins by car. By local bus num 68 and the bus-stop just before the house it was very tricky to enter airport by prohibited way, but it worked finally in about 30mins in total(from which we walked a bit by parking areas)..House is very simple, with new stuff and spacey for 2-4 persons and the possibility to sleep in 3 rooms(2 bed rooms + living room) is very nice. Self check-in/out is the best feature in house next to the airport as well. Owner (or hired person) was extremely nice, arrived immediately after a small issue with water entered to the kitchen floor by closed door during a heavy rain. Then about 180 euros for 2 nights is a reasonable price!

The fact it's close to the airport also means that is very noisy especially in nights and a bit open window. The mattresses are the cheapest ones from IKEA, same for the furniture, but furniture is OK. Double bed ok, second bedroom with bunk bed is suitable only for children from my opinion. And I slept finally on the floor and mattress. Facilities was fine for 2 nights...in the kitchen it can be nicer to have some more stuff to cook..like cover lid. A small bottle of oil, salt, sugar, herbs and few tea and coffee bags will be nice to have next time. Especially if the coffee machine is present there. Terrace is small with no views at all (3 walls from 3 sides), we didn't used, but can be nice to have in warmer days. Owner was not reachable by phone on our arrival by midnight (pre noticed), but finally we found a house on the other side that google maps indicated. (One photo can easily solve this.) Self check-in was smooth and easy then. City center of Charleroi is about 5km away, but there is nothing extra to see ;(

Echt heel dichtbij vliegveld

Alleen een toilet boven, bedden waren krakerig en lagen niet echt top. We kwamen alleen om te slapen, dat is half gelukt.

Wir kommen nicht nochmal...

Parkplatz vor der Türe, unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken, Größe des Hauses. Trotz Flughafennähe relativ ruhig. Betten waren gut.

Für 1 Nacht wäre es okay, nicht für 3 Nächte. Die Sauberkeit war absolut mangelhaft. Brotkrumen vor der Mikrowelle, Sensoe Kaffemaschine mit Kaffeeresten, Schimmel im Bad und im Gefrierschrank. Da hat lange niemand mehr auch nur durch gewischt! Die Treppe ist extrem steil. Das Badezimmer ungeeignet für mehr als 1 Person (keine Ablagefläche, etc). Es fehlt zudem ein Duschvorhang. Die Toilette macht einen unglaublichen Lärm, ähnlich wie im Flugzeug.

De badkamer was een grote bende. Schimmel en het water loopt zo langs de tegels en de muren op houten plinten. Beschimmelde bekertjes in de kasten en geen terras buiten waar je even kan zitten. Geen aanrader met een gezin en helemaal niet dichtbij het vliegveld.

Es ist eine einfache Wohnung auf der Rückseite des Flughafens. Für die eine Nacht, die wir dort waren, da wir M nächsten Morgen um 4h am Flughafen sein müssten, war das völlig ausreichend. Der Online-Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und er hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert.

Die Wohngegend ist nicht unbedingt First-Class, aber wie gesagt: für die eine Nacht...

Perto do aeroporto (de carro).

A localização perto do aeroporto é muito boa. É fácil de encontrar e a comunicação com o anfitrião também foi muito célere. Estacionamento à porta. Não usámos a kitchenette, mas tinha muito bom aspeto.

Da casa de banho: tem uma banheira com uns acabamentos estranhos e sai água por todo o lado. O quarto com o beliche a meio do mesmonão é prático pois não se consegue abrir o roupeiro e o quarto parece minúsculo. O beliche devia estar encostado a uma parede e o roupeiro na parede da entrada do quarto, com um espaço a meio para circular.
