Avoid this place

The apartment is spacious and the location is good if you need close distance to the train station.

The apartment is in urgent need of repairs. It has been reported in many reviews before, but nobody seems to care. Bathroom door is broken, toilet seat is broken etc. The agancy handling the property is quick to respond but always sends you lengthy emails in French. Whenever you tell them you don't speak French, they apologize, send the message in English and next time it is back to French. Sounds funny but is really cumbersome. And the beds are a nightmare, unless you sleep really hard. It's essentially a very thin mattress on wood. Back pain guaranteed. If you can, avoid this place. We will certainly not come back.

Good location near airport. Parking on the street available. Apartment was clean. There is a washing machine and a dryer.

Location is little far from Brussels, sheets weren’t washed for us it didn’t seem to me clean, we have to wash it in washing machine in the house and tumble dry. There was no spare sheets to change it as well. On the contrary apartment has well built bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Comfort is alright as well.

The room was hot there was limited possibility to open windows, no fan or any other device to lower the temperature. There was a tv-set but with no access to tv programs.

A very cozy and nice apartment, close to the train and bus station. There are shops nearby. The host is very nice! We arrived early and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the property until they finished cleaning.

The apartment is exactly as advertised, no complaints about the place itself

We wanted to check in at 8pm and so had to collect the key from a key box which was a 10 minute drive from the property itself which was not convenient

Superb

The accommodation was great, really clean and spacious, exactly like the photos. Appt was easy to access with secure front door and lift to the appt.It was close to the main square and shopping centre. There was a supermarket next door and the station was about 10 min walk away.

Everything was fine with the appartment. Charleroi was disappointing but good train system to visit other places.

Unable to access property or receive instructions as to how to get in so after an hour of unsuccessfully trying to get details I gave up and booked into another hotel.

Some points they have to work on it

- The elevator is too small. - The entrance to the building was incomplete (Feb. 2023). - The people in that area speak French, NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. - The house has 2 doorknobs, inside and outside, each one can open the door. So you have to let the door locked. But what you can do if someone wants to go out and the other wants to stay at home? When how out wants to back without the key he can't open the centre door (there is no electric centre locking at the house). These are some points if they work on it then will be 100% (except the language point)

Vicino al centro ed alla stazione dei treni, comodo per chi ha un volo la mattina presto, lo staff molto gentile e premuroso ci ha dato un contatto per lo spostamento verso l’aeroporto.

Mala, el descanso es primordial y no tener un colchón adecuado , sino una colchoneta pues horrible.

El sitio se encontraba en una zona bastante céntrica

Las camas son horribles, la habitación de matrimonio duermes en una colchoneta que no tiene más de 25 cm. La ducha es super estrecha, apenas puedes moverte dentro de ella y para poder coger el champú debes abrir la puerta sino, no hay manera. No había ningún tipo de recogedor para poder barrer lo que se caía en el suelo. La secadora me la encontré llena de ropa. Es horrible la de mosquitos que hay, las paredes reflejan las peleas de los inquilinos con estos plasmados, una noche mate con mis hijos más de 15. No sabíamos por dónde entraban, ya que teníamos las ventanas cerradas.

La proximidad a la estación de tren

La cama de matrimonio era súper fino el colchón y te clavabas la madera. La maneta del baño estaba rota y cada vez que abrias la puerta, se caía. Pasamos sólo una noche ( 2 personas mayores, un matrimonio y una nena de 10 años ) y un vecino subió quejandose de que hacíamos ruido. Nos llamó la atención estando ya acostados...sin haber hecho nada de ruido🤨. Yo pienso que están hasta las narices del piso vacacional, pero bueno.... No volveremos a repetir.

Nagyon kedves és informatív vendéglátás. Tágas és kényelmes volt. Tiszta és felszerelt az apartman. Boltok kifejezetten közel elérhetők. A pályaudvarról gyalogosan könnyen megközelíthető.

Ce que j’ai aimé dans l’emplacement c’est l’espace et la propreté car je suis une personne qui aime quand c’est propre le plus on était en centre ville tout était à côté.

Veel ruimte en alle faciliteiten waren goed Locatie is erg goed, vlak bij Rive Gauge, het mooie en moderne winkelcentrum; Carrefour op 50 meter en verschillende bakkertjes in de nabijheid.

Het matras van het bed en de kussens van de bank waren vrij dun daardoor lag en zat je vrij hard wat niet prettig was.
