Spacious flat - very good stay overall
The apartment was situated close to the airport which is what we wanted. It was also quite spacious (it was a very large flat) with separate bedrooms, a living area and a kitchen. There are many parking spaces available outside too, in case you are traveling with a car.
I felt there could be more basic necessities concerned with the kitchen (some basic spices, etc) and particularly - pans and pots (the available ones were heavily used and not too clean unfortunately).

Discusting! We would never suggest someone to stay there.
Absolutely disappointing. The overall rating of 7.3 stars is completely overrated. Firsts of all there was problem with entrance doors. Even though the access was provided by the key that was hidden in the secure box, after opening the entrance door it did not worked properly and it was not possible to close it. So we had to stay for a night with doors not locked on the key.
Secondly, there was no information in description that rooms are located in second and third floor with very steep stairs. We bairly managed to carry luggage. It was crucial in our situation because we made booking for two adults and 2 small children. Basically one bedroom with double bed was in the attic room located at the very end of the apartment and the other one with two single beds also in the attic at the other end of the apartment. Both attic rooms were accessible only by very steep stairs which made it impossible to use them because no parent would leave children alone in such unsafe location of rooms.
Thirdly, the description and the pictures did not mach. The floors on the attic rooms were in critical condition. The laminate flooring was very uneven, it buckled underfoot, it was visibly damaged and very dirty (as seen in the pictures). Tiles in the bathroom were dirty. Some equipment was visibly broken, however the fasteners still remain stuck on the tiles. The blinds in the kitchen were completely broken. There were no fasteners and it was not possible to use them. They somehow miraculously hold in place and did not feel down. The skylights in the attic rooms were simply and carelessly sealed with dirty black PVC film.
And the smell…. It was awful. It was the smell of mould and dirt, disguised by chemical air fresheners, which together made absolutely unbearable combination.
I would like to reclaim the money paid for this booking. And I would suggest Booking.com to either remove these apartments from the Booking.com listing, or essentially lower the rating... no more than 5 stars.

Stayed 1 night for a changeover flight, was close ro Airport. Area was quiet. Apartment was spacious. Host accommodated early check in which was great!

A szomszéd apartmanban hajnalig ordított a zene és az ott lakók. Nem érdekelte őket, hogy átdörömböltünk, jót mulattak rajta. Hajnali négykor ordítozásra, dulakodásra, verekedésre ébredtünk.

STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO POSTO
Non mi è piaciuto nulla.
Premetto che non sono solita lasciare recensioni ma questa volta lo farò per evitare che altri facciano il nostro stesso errore. La struttura è fatiscente già a partire dall'esterno dove ci sono dei veri e propri buchi sul terreno prima di arrivare in casa. Non parliamo della pulizia che è praticamente inesistente. La casa in più è venduta per 6 posti letto quando in realtà ci sono solo un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Quello che dovrebbe essere un divano letto è un divano singolo dotato di macchie bianche di dubbia provenienza su cui fa schifo anche solo sedersi. In più non ci sono lenzuola a sufficienza per dormire e nemmeno cuscini. 4 cuscini per 6 persone. La finestra di una delle due camere non si chiude bene tant'è che abbiamo patito freddo per tutta la notte. Ci hanno lasciato con un rotolo di carta igienica e una volta segnalato all'host i problemi ho ricevuto come risposta che il servizio di pulizia sarebbe intervenuto prontamente. Risultato ? Un rotolo di carta igienica a metà lasciato sullo zerbino di casa. Per non parlare del fatto che siamo arrivati a mezzanotte e mezza e non ci è stata lasciata nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo ! Capisco non essere obbligatorio ma quanto meno sarebbe indice di buona ospitalità cosa che qui, evidentemente, manca. Ciliegina sulla torta i servizi per arrivare in aeroporto o a tutti i punti di interesse pessimi. State alla larga da questo posto.

Para empezar llegamos tarde y no habia luz en la puerta de entrada donde hay que coger las llaves, en las fotos y descripcion decia que tenia dos habitaciones y un sofa cama y solo habia una habitacion y el sofa no se abria , la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear y el baño olia fatal, menos mal que era para solo una noche y ademas estoy llena de picotazos y no creo que sean de mosquitos.

L’appartement comprend deux chambres ainsi qu’un canapé-lit. Chaque chambre est accessible par un escalier assez raide, dont l’un ressemble davantage à une échelle. Même pour accéder à lairbnb, ce sont des escaliers très étroits. Cela peut être un point à considérer, notamment si vous avez de grosses valises ou des difficultés à monter des marches étroites.
L’insonorisation est malheureusement très limitée.
À noter également : l'une des deux chambres est mal insonorisée. Elle est mitoyenne d’un autre logement Airbnb, apparemment géré par le même hôte, et séparée uniquement par une cloison fine. Cela signifie qu’on peut entendre clairement les conversations et bruits provenant de la chambre voisine de l’autre airbnb.
En résumé, si vous avez le sommeil lourd et que les escaliers raides ne vous dérangent pas, l’appartement reste agréable et bien situé ! :)

Apartamento grande de 2 habitaciones con todo lo necesario. Elegimos este porque nuestro vuelo llegaba a 11pm y al día siguiente teníamos otro muy temprano a 6,30am Aunque está cerca del aeropuerto no tiene buena comunicación ya que los taxis del aeropuerto al ser un trayecto corto no te quieren llevar. Tuvimos que llamar a un UBER varias veces hasta después de más de 1h conseguir q nos llevasen y acordar para el día siguiente
Para acceder a las habitaciones hay que subir escaleras muy empinadas y estrechas .

Die Oberflächen in der Küche, insbesondere auch des Esstisch waren schmutzig. TV-Empfang funktionierte nicht. Fluglärm bis spät nachts und auch bereits wieder am Morgen. In den Zeiten ohne Fluglärm sorgt der Krach aus den Nachbarwohnungen (Treppen knarzen schlimm) für regelmäßiges Erwachen.

Die Lage war gut und die Wohnung war auch gut.
An dich war die Ausstattung auch ganz gut.
Nicht hochwertig aber vollkommen in Ordnung.
Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren und weder die Küche noch das Wohnzimmer genutzt haben, können wir hierzu nichts sagen.
Die Beschreibung wo sich der Eingang befindet war leider nicht wirklich gut.
Wir haben relativ lange nach dem Eingang gesucht.
Die Treppe in die Wohnung hoch war extrem steil und meine Schwiegermutter hatte echt Schwierigkeiten hoch zu gehen.
Die Schlafzimmer waren beide auch nur durch eine Steile Treppe zu erreichen, was für Ältere Menschen und auch für Kinder nicht wirklich gut ist.
