I liked the place itself, it is cozy, comfortable and very big, it has two rooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and all works fine.

I think the easiest way to reach this place is by taxi or by your own car, otherwise is a bit difficult, please consider there isn't Uber nor other popular taxi apps working in the area so if you plan to go to the airport from this place, plan in advance your options.

The neighborhood is awful and dangerous. We arrived to the place at 22:00 and the entire neighborhood is very creepy. We stopped the car right in front of the building and I picked up a few suitcases upstairs while my wife was waiting near the car when the kids are inside. Then 3 creepy men came along and approached my wife, standing as close as 0.5 meter. My wife got very tense and called me to come down quickly. When the men saw me they fled right away. I don't want to imagine what would have happened in case I wasn't there or a bit late.

Everything was great! Recommend to all guests!

The apartment is very clean, all furniture is new. The kitchen set includes everything you need. The bathroom was also satisfied, everything shines. There will be no problem getting the keys. A couple of kilometers from the airport. We got to the apartment by taxi, and reached the airport on foot. The area is quiet. The owner provides information support in everything. I highly recommend this accommodation, very convenient for those flying or arriving in Charleroi. Great place to relax.

De locatie

Helaas was parkeren een ramp. Dat moet gewoon op straat maar dat staat overal overvol dus we moesten 3 straten verder parkeren en met alle spullen lopen.

Grand appartement deux chambres, la familiale est très spacieuse, chouette petite cuisine et salle de bain privative.

Au début le contact avec les personnes tres présente et très aimable

Pas de télécommande donc pas de télévision, Les murs sont sales et abîmés La terrasse est inexistante. Insonorisé nous avons entendu toutes les portes des autres logements toute la nuit. Les Fenêtres sont impossible à ouvrir. Demande faite à l'hôte, qui me répond je me renseigne et revient vers vous, je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles.

Makkelijk als je een vroege vlucht hebt maar hou rekening met veel lawaai

We sliepen daar omdat we de vlucht om 7u hadden vanuit Charleroi. Dit was gemakkelijk zodat we ‘‘s nachts geen 150km moesten rijden.

Alles kraakte enorm (als je rondliep, bedden) Je hoort alles van gans de blok.. ik dacht dat ze boven ons aan het verhuizen waren , het was toen 23u30 ‘s avonds. Niet ideaal als je er om 3u30 uit moet. Ook jammer dat er geen gordijnen waren, de kinderen konden daardoor niet in slaap geraken. Kortom, ik heb 1u30 geslapen en zat om 21u in bed. Het was de bedoeling om daar te slapen zodat we uitgerust aan de vakantie kon beginnen met de kinderen, maar dit was mislukt

Emplacement ideal proche de charleroi. Stationnement dans la rue facile. Hôte repond rapidement aux questions. Équippé correctement pour un court séjour.

Insonorisation est faible donc il se peut que vous vous fassiez réveiller par les autres appartement mais c’est normal loué par les passagers allant à l’aeroport

Colazione non presente, posizione vicina all'aeroporto ma con assenza mezzi di trasporto (solo taxi); aeroporto raggiungibile a piedi in circa 30 minuti.

L'appartamento potrebbe essere più accogliente anche se è dotato di tutto il necessario (ambiente un po' spartano); il divano letto non era predisposto e per esso non c'era biancheria/lenzuola, abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci con le coperte a disposizione. Inoltre il divano letto era macchiato.
