Walking around Florence

The apartment has a good location, it was possible to park on the street for free. There is a large supermarket nearby and a pharmacy if needed.

There was no broom or mop or mop available. There was a fan in all three rooms, but with these temperatures of 40 degrees, you might consider another option, such as air conditioning.

Could have been better

The apartment is spacious. It is also very well located.

However, in one of the bedrooms the double bed is a sofa bed. I found it difficult to talk to the host. I had some problems, as the refrigerator was not working, the shower stall was broken and worst of all... for 2 days I had no hot water and the heater did not work properly.

Price was decent but I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was easy to get inside.

Host kept emailing about paying the tourist tax. I understood I had to pay the tax the first time I was told. The shower was really small. My cousin is big and he couldn’t fit inside the shower. There were mosquitos inside the apartment and so I didn’t sleep well all night because I was getting bitten by mosquitos all night. My wife got stuck inside one of the bathrooms after one of the keys didn’t unlock the door easily.

Appartamento molto ampio, connesso bene con il centro di Firenze.

Non era pulito sotto al letto, ce ne siamo accorti perché sotto al letto abbiamo trovato un preservativo usato e dei mozziconi di sigarette. Consiglio una maggiore attenzione durante la pulizia, per il resto non ho nulla da dire!

Occorre lasciare nell'appartamento dei fogli stampati che aiutino nella gestione del riscaldamento: sia per il termostato che per la caldaia.

Byl poblíž obchod i poměrně centrum Florencie

Hodně věcí nefungovalo, nebo bylo rozbitých. Byla plíseň v koupelně. Hostitel na naše stížnosti neodpovídal, a když nakonec slíbil, že někdo přijde plíseň vyčistit, nikdo nepřišel. Taktéž bezdůvodná late check-in taxe, přestože mají napsané, že check-in je do půlnoci (přijeli jsme před půlnocí)

Da dimenticare

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro.

Come da condizioni di prenotazione, siamo arrivati in struttura all'orario di checkin (15.00), avendo avvisato anche l'host 1h prima del nostro arrivo come da richiesta. Al nostro arrivo la casa non era ancora stata pulita ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare 2h in portineria aspettando la fine delle pulizie. Il proprietario inizialmente molto gentile per scusarsi ci ha offerto un rimborso di 100€ ma il rimborso, ad oggi, dopo ben 3 mesi dal soggiorno, non è mai arrivato. Inoltre, non è presente un parcheggio di pertinenza per l'alloggio (firenze, da quello che abbiamo potuto capire, ha solo parcheggi gratuiti per residenti, pertanto sarebbe stato utile).

Bien ubicado, cómodo pero chequear limpieza al llegar.

Ubicación: cercana a transporte público y se podía llegar andando a muchos sitios. El apartamento es amplio y tiene lo necesario para alojar hasta 6 personas cómodas. La comunicación fue fluida y amable durante la estadía. No tiene aire acondicionado, pero se apaña bien con los ventiladores que dejaron.

Le falta limpieza, había polvo y los suelos estaban sucios. Tuvimos que mover un sillón y debajo había basura. Las toallas olían mal. Te dejan un instructivo de reciclaje pero solo ponen 1 contenedor de basura.

Una spiacevole sorpresa

All’ arrivo la struttura era completamente sporca dal pernottamento degli ospiti precedenti. Ci è stato richiesto qualche giorno prima l’orario di arrivo e ci aspettavamo che come minimo la casa prima di essere consegnata venisse quantomeno verificata. L’appartamento ci è stato consegnato dopo la sorpresa del delirio alle 13:00 direttamente dopo le 18:00 . Ovviamente viste le condizioni disastrose, l’agenzia di pulizie ha cercato nel poco tempo che aveva di sistemare e pulire come poteva! La casa era comunque poco pulita, con scarsi comfort e non proprio Fedele alle foto!

La falta de artículos de cocina (hervidor de agua, microondas). Su bien el dpto.es cómodo, sus sanitarios no están en buenas condiciones.
