Fabulous location and to be able to stay in such an old building next to York Minster was memorable
The bed and sofas weren't comfortable and the bathroom badly needs updating. It felt cold in April

Stunning location and beautiful gardens
Not been cleaned very well, oven was dirty, freezer had stuff on left by other guests and was dirty, dirty cutlery in draw, unable to use the wardrobe as one side had hoover ironing board etc in and the other side was full of spare quilts, pillows and cleaning supplies, curtains hanging off in living room, such a shame as it’s a beautiful place in a perfect location but let down by how dirty it was
