Chalet 176 Glan Gwna Park Caernarfon

We had a brilliant time. From arrival- parking and checking in were easy. The chalet itself was immaculate and tastefully done out. Beds were comfy, shower was hot. The hosts had thought of everything- milk waiting for us in the fridge along with some snacks which the kids appreciated! Location-wise, we loved the area. The site was reasonably quiet given the time of year, the kids enjoyed using the pool and there’s a small shop and a couple of places to eat on site too. There was a lovely walk, perfect for our dog onsite along the river and down to some woods. We also visited the castle at Caernarfon, Dinas Dinlle Beach and a stunning lake Illyn Padarn, all within only around a 15 minute drive away from the chalet.

Alles was perfect! Zalige tijd gehad, wellicht beste chalet van het ganse vakantiepark :-)

Niets op aan te merken. De eettafel was misschien wel een beetje nipt voor 4 mensen. Wat ook wel een aandachtspunt en een uitdaging zal worden (voor bijna alle woningen in Wales): klimaatverandering waarbij accommodaties onvoldoende uitgerust zijn tegen hittegolven in de zomer (zoals wij hebben ondervonden).

We were really surprised when we got there. The chalet was immaculate and was equipped with all mod cons. It was situated in an elevated position overlooking the river. The hosts also had also left a welcome pack, milk in the fridge, shampoo and shower gel and lots of things you wouldn’t expect in a self catering property. Everything appeared to be brand new!
