Tree Top View Chalet

The location of this property is so peaceful. It was clean and tidy and was perfect for our getaway.

The internet was sporadic, but you have to take into consideration of your location.

Good location and easy to find, didn't have any issues with others staying at the park and it was useful to have the bar and shop nearby.

Not very clean throughout, mouldy washing up sponge and cloth, cobwebs, dead bugs, decking needs a really good brushing. Would have been nice to have a few more essentials included so we didn't have to buy them at the shop including toilet roll, hand towels and complementary items like tea towels, coffee, sugar. The electricity was an issue as well, we didn't realise when booking that there was a meter that needed topping up...It was at about £6 when we arrived and we were told to eave it with at least £10 when we left so already we were out of pocket. We had no idea how much electricity we would use and didn't want to run out so topped up with £20 as recommended but only used £3 in 2 days. The hosts didn't want to give a refund. I've fed all this back to the hosts so hopefully they can make improvements for future guests but personally I wish we'd paid a little extra for somewhere nicer to stay.
