Great location and nice quiet park. Beds comfortable.
Bad tv, internet never worked and tv has a colour issue and needs replacing. Remote control for satbox broken and had no batteries. Luckily we brought a fire stick but had to hotspot through my phone. Needs redecorating. Parts are looking old and tired. Not suitable for wheelchair users due to the door frames and bathroom too small.
