Suitable for a single night stay

Location was nice. We didnt experience the location fully because it was raining all day, so if you have time - do explore! We went to conwy castle, then zip world then this stay and thankfully the place was ready so we could check in early (the weather was really bad so we needed that, so thank you). Was suitable for a single night stay but wouldn't stay longer than that.

A bit confusing to find the house. Wasn't fully suitable for 6 people/adults (1 bathroom) - no toilet bin (the host said she will get one soon). We had a electricity metre and it probly had £1.50 in it for the day so we were frantic when we realised we had 60p left lol and turned off all the appliances except the ones we needed. Thankfully, we didn't need to get anymore but even so reception was open between 9-5 and we left at 8. My siblings found the oven and certain spaces unclean. But it seemed ok to me. There were limited cooking utensils (I.e., pans). There were 2 wall heatings(small) and one black electirc heater. The wall heaters gave off a burnt smell which wasn't really pleasant. Perhaps its just old. Not sure. We had to use them because our clothes got quite wet in the rain and they took some time to dry the clothes (of 6 people which makes sense). We are glad too that we showered the day before in another stay because it wouldnt be practical amongst 6 people. Also, certain family members found the beds uncomfortable but thats personal preference because they liked hard beds. There wasn't much hanging space either for all four of us adult siblings. I feel the stay was slightly overpriced for what it was but it was still good area to where we wanted to go.

Very cute chalets in a lovely location. Wish more sites were like this! Great landscape with trees, streams, ponds and wildlife. Really friendly staff at the shop.

Our property was really lovely apart from the shower. Went from too hot, too cold just right for a few seconds repeat. But all every else was great.

Great stay, everything provided. Just need to look at some of the fixtures and fittings

The chalet was bigger than it looks in the pictures, everything was provided and it was a comfortable stay. You could smell that the place had been cleaned and the bed sheets were clean. An iron and ironing board is provided along with a hoover. The actual park is nice, has a bar with entertainment and a games room, there is a pool and a park plus a shop and cafe. I would definitely use this place again!

The shower in the chalet has a very small head on it and kept going hot and cold, I'm 6ft 1 and struggled with the shower. Some of the fixtures and fittings are worn,the curtain pole in the living room is clearly hanging off and you can see the cracks in the wall where it is screwed in. The top of the fridge was very dusty. The beading on the floor is very worn around the living room. Check the electric meter before you buy a card,we were there for 1 day and bought a £10 card before we went into the chalet, the electric meter already had £8 in it. Some of the light bulbs need replacing in the lounge and kitchen area.

Not clean, very bad small coming

Nothing, a smell was coming from the house and the bed's sheet were smelly. It was dirty with a lot of spider webs near the sofa and rooms. Cushions also smelt

The broken decking fence, the broken toilet seat, the broken radiator, the leaking shower, too afraid to close the curtains as the fixings were coming out, and the curtains in bedroom had backing missing, no bulbs in bedroom lamps, only one working bulb in living room lights, decking lights didn't work and no working battery in the clock

It’s was ok, meets ok expectations

The balcony and view was nice The lakes and ponds around were good views The restaurant and bar there were lovely to eat at with friendly hosts Comfortable living space and rooms are good size

The power went out because of the power credit, we weren’t aware about the power credit, wasn’t advertised on booking well. Location is a bit awkward without car, won’t recommend if you don’t have to car. No Ubers around and buses are slim and long rides. Bathroom is small a awkwardly spaced out

nice stay

amazing location! the chalet ‘did the job’ and was good value for money considering it was mainly needed for sleeping in between our day-to-day activities.

Not as big as the pictures show and we didn’t realise we had to pay for our own electric. Also not enough toilet roll but the campsite shop is local and cheap for topping up supplies.

Great couple of days away.

I have stayed on this site several times before in different chalets. The location is wonderful. We spent a day on llandwyn island and a day at gypsy wood park. The club house is great, a lovely atmosphere with good selection of food and drinks. The children loved the little shop and arcades.

The chalet next door had 2 huge dogs which she would let out onto the decking every half an hour. Even at midnight the dogs were barking outside and woke us all up. The toilet seat needs fixing.

It was nice and cosy. All the things you need is there.

Would like to be able to use all utilities together. It was hard to wait for all the cooking and turning all heating before we can use the shower in case we blew the fuse.

I am very disappointed!

I am very dissatisfied. When we arrived at home it was very cold and there was no electricity, it turned out that in order to have electricity we had to buy it ourselves! in a nearby pub! which was not previously known when booking. We informed them that we would be arriving at 10 pm and the pub was open until midnight! and what if there were traffic jams on the road and we did not manage to arrive by midnight? We would have slept in a cold house where the temperature was 8 degrees! and on top of that it was dirty, there was uncleaned poop in the toilet bowl, disgusting!

Dog friendly comfortable lodge

Location was great , just a short drive from Carnarfon. Well equipped lodge, dog friendly with plenty of paths for morning and evening strolls.

Didn't like having to pay extra for electricity, nor did we like the system. Difficult to work out how to use it and had to ask the neighbours where the electricity card had to be inserted to credit the meter. Really think electricity cards should have been included in the price or at least one £10 card to start you off.

Freundliche, ruhige Unterkunft mit eigene Balkon.

Sehr ruhige Lage in familiäre Umgebung. Wir sind schnell an die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Caravananlage hat einen eigenen Pub mit warmes essen mit bezahlbare Preise. Die Motorräder standen vor der Haustür, super praktisch zum ab- und beladen.

Kein Kaffee oder Tee. Die elektrische Anleitung ist etwas kompliziert. Die Bangaloos sind etwas schwach abgesichert und es drohen zusätzliche Kosten, falls eine Sicherung raus fliegt.
