Cute place, nice garden. Pet friendly.
Smells like old house when you go inside and if you are very tall it’s a problem with the bedrooms upstairs. Very noisy, you can hear every car from the road.

Lovely, clean and tidy, very spacious, plus our own yard for the dog to roam.
How close it was to the road, gotta be quick when parking it's on a very fast road.

Garden area was pleasant. Our unit in back of property was isolated from most of the road noise. Washing machine worked. Plenty of spaces to sit in main area. Sarah, the primary contact person was very responsive and helpful.
Bed mattresses were very not supportive; need to be replaced. Could easily hear the kids next door and above us. Inexplicably there are no pads on chairs' feet, so when we (or upstairs unit) moved chairs on the tile floors it was VERY noisy. There was no detergent for the washing machine. If you are tall, be careful in bathroom and bedrooms. Shades were very difficult to raise in one of the bedrooms.
