more spacious than expected, nice and clean, full kitchen with everything needed, warm and comfy good vibes, swimming pool and facilities are great, bingo active also
was not expecting to have to pay for wifi, not being able to do anything on the tv apart from watch teleshopping channels

The property was spotless, bed was comfortable and was cosy.
When we went to use the cooker the one hob was full of water but we dried it and it worked fine and the property could do with better oven trays.

The caravan was a decent size though small for a family of 5
The facilities were poor, no shop on site. No staff to give advice or explain layout and times of leisure facilities. The leisure facilities were very poor. It took until day 3 to get in swimming because children couldn't swim until 10am, finished before 5pm. During which time families wanted to be out seeing local sites. We attempted to go twice before actually being allowed in. The bar food was very poor for choice and quality.
I had also emailed twice to enquire of a cot, I had no reply.
