warm, welcoming base for unforgettable family adventures in Llanberis.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this cosy house in Llanberis. The moment we arrived, it felt warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing family break. The living area was comfortable and homely, and the kitchen had everything we needed for easy meals after long days exploring. The bedrooms were clean and peaceful, helping us all sleep really well. The location was ideal, close to the lake, local cafés, and great walking paths, including routes up Snowdon. It was the perfect base for our adventures. We felt completely at home and would happily return for another family getaway.

Wonderful place and a thoughtful host! We would stay here again when in Llanberis.

Beautiful family room with adjoining sunroom facing the mountains — beautiful sunrises! Bedrooms are a good size (we only used the 2 double beds), and the duvets were very comfortable. Bathroom was also a good size, with excellent water pressure for showers. Washer/dryer came in very handy, and thoughtful to provide laundry soap. Well setup kitchen was perfect for making breakfasts before hiking. The fruit and welsh cakes were a really nice touch. Easy 5 mins walk to the high street in Llanberis for restaurants/shops.

The only thing would be that the parking is off a narrow lane so a bit challenging to get in/out….but that is the case for all of Wales! We had a mid-size SUV and it fit. The parking is directly adjacent to the home entrance — super convenient.

Beautiful house with lovely rooms. Off street parking was great. Beds were nice and comfortable. Found my favourite book on the bookshelf! Kitchen had everything we needed. Lounge was great and comfortable. Views out the windows were amazing. Loved the sunroom at the back.

Would have been nice to have a little welcome pack with information on where things were kept and interesting facts about the area and maybe some local menu's and a map of the area. Other than that we had a lovely stay. Nothing to complain about!

Excellent views of Snowdonian hills! The cozy living room was also delightful, plus bedding was immensely comfortable. It would be lovely if other spaces could be updated to match as I think that would make it even more enjoyable! :)

Sticky table and floor surfaces in the kitchen. I cleaned to make sure it wasn't unclean but it seems there is a strange varnish or the cleaner leaves a strange residue. Also the drinks cupboard was very hidden and awkward to enter, nothing a little oil won't solve though! Some nice ground coffee also wouldn't go amiss for breakfast too, as there is a cafetiere on hand at the property.

Lovely little house in Llanberris

The location is outstanding, views are amazing, of the lake, Snowdon and beyond. Living space was perfect for the 4 of us, with a very well equipped kitchen and thoughtful touch leaving us milk and Welsh cakes for our arrival ☺️. We would definitely stay again.

The varnished wooden stairs were slippery in socks, and with no handrail halfway down I was nervous my nephew would slip and fall onto the stone shelf /TV...but he didn't thankfully! The garden is currently being cleared and will be a lovely place to sit out when it's finished

Close to town centre, nice comfy beds and plenty of towels.Really good selection of books to read.

It was a bit difficult to find and the parking space was tight to get into. There was only one loo which gor a group of six could be an issue.

Lovely house in a perfect location for hiking

Really appreciated the extra touches e.g. welsh cakes, fresh milk in fridge and apples and bananas in fruit bowl. Well stocked kitchen with the little essentials that you don't always remember to take like sugar/tea bags/foil/oil etc etc

Had a wonderful stay, the outside patio is great for relaxing. The amenities were enough and the house was warm, cosy and had good heating as well. The living room space is nice for a family too!
