Loved our stay , the place was value for money

Excellent weekend with friends climbing Snowdon to raise money for a charity.

The property is in a good location in the middle of Llanberis. It is deceptively spacious inside and very comfortable. Great facilities and well thought out by the owners. It was very good value for money. Would love to stay there again!

There wasn’t any parking outside the property. This wasn’t a problem as there were plenty of public car parks a few minutes walk away. Just a heads up- the long stay car park only accepts coins. It’s £10 for 24 hours 😊

Great Stay

It was clean and quite spacious. We made use of the DVDs and games, and found the beds very comfortable. Kitchen is also really well equipped and having a dishwasher is a massive plus. Also a place to hang out wetsuits and swimming costumes in the back utility - handy! The location is incredible it is such a special place. Did not really find parking an issue at all and we were high season in August, there's a long stay that always has space and a few times we found free on street parking. Also it's wonderfully dog friendly, with a blanket provided.

It's an old building and I found the shared areas downstairs and kitchen cupboards smelt unpleasant. Appreciate not much can be done about this and I'm probably quite sensitive to it. Will reiterate it's a very clean place! Asked to bring towels which is fine but remember to take a bath mat as it's not provided and bathroom gets very slippery.

Perfect base for walking Snowdon's Llanberis path.

We picked this property for its location as a base for walking up Snowdon. It was ideal being only a few hundred yards from the start of the Llanberis path. It is also very close to the lakeside with plenty of grassy space to walk our dog. The house was warm and comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were very comfy and the whole place was spotless.

Had an amazing stay at Meirionfa. booked last minute as the weather was great, and chose the house as it was right at the foot of the Llanberis path up Snowdon. the house was ideal for me and my teenage Son. its such a beautiful area !

Great stay to get away from the rat race for five nights! Would stay again.

Perfect location just off the main road (quiet!), super close to the lake and all the locals shops and restaurants. We would make breakfast and go down to sit by the lake to eat it. Kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were comfy! nice living area and the heating worked well. Also a lovely big bath which is perfect after a big hike up Snowdon! Host very responsive and helpful.
