Excellent house but no help available when needed.

Central but peaceful location - prosecco to welcome us - very clean - kitchen well equipped - shower excellent - very spacious - good places to eat nearby - wifi good.

No spa bath - disappointing after climbing Snowdon. Emergency contact number only got a recorded message. Frustrating as we had a medical emergency and needed help straight away. Info to get in property wasn't sent until less than 24 hours before we arrived, despite requesting it. Couldn't find standard channels on TV. Provision of some tea/coffee would have been nice.

Enjoyed our stay in Llanberis in a comfy warm well located house.

Great location Comfy rooms with good kitchen facilities.

Perhaps a shower caddy so soap and shampoo doesn’t have to be on the floor.

Large, spacious and had everything we needed. Location was excellent. Prosecco was a nice touch.

Very comfy beds in a great location

Really comfy beds in a spacious house right in the middle of the village. Perfect

Not quite enough to easily cook for 5 people - no colander, frying pan is very small, no big pyrex for a pasta bake, no huge saucepan. But we managed.

Great location, and great views.

Plenty of room and comfortable beds, the Llanberis car park permit was very helpful too.

The whirlpool bath was out of order and the bathroom light did not work! The owner said to use back door and not the front door, which made it slightly more difficult.

We had a lovely break, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good size property in the heart of the village, surrounded by stunning scenery, with everything you could want on your doorstep. Prosecco and Welsh cakes were a lovely touch on arrival.

Parking wasn't ideal, but managed to get in front of the house each evening once the daily hubbub had died down.

Perfect location for exploring Llanberris and Snowdon. It was located very close to the shops and restaurants and takeaways too. The house was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Great communication from the host Sion and we were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely stay again and will recommend it to all our friends and family.

There was a washing machine but no drying rack and the weather was not great so we couldn’t hang it outside. Very minor problem though!

Relaxing time with lovely views and fireplace.

Lovely place to stay, we’ve been two couples with two infants and we had an extremely needed relaxing time there. Weather was not so great but the wood burning fireplace compensated massively.

Comfortable, cozy and and lovely trip for our family and will definitely recommend to others.

Location was amazing, making it easy to get to where we wanted very quickly. The house was very modern, and very comfortable and spacious. The view from the kitchen was beautiful seeing the mountain and the back decking was lovely to sit on. The beds were really comfy and the house was on the High St close to lots of shops and pubs and takeaways making it the perfect place to be.

There were a few issues such as the shower was blocked and the house was missing a few things which could be looked into to make customers stay more comfortable. I have privately messaged the owner about this. This didn’t stop us from having a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone.
