Good location. Property is clean and the facilities are just what we needed. Good value for money
Maybe need new equipment or furnitures. We were cooking and suddenly the knife handle broke. It probably was quite old.

The location of the property is very good for walking, parking is on the street and we had no issue with finding a space although I can see this may be an issue as it’s a residential area.
The Nest thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own, it seemed to permanently reset to 9 degrees, not too bad in September but this would be an issue in the winter, the loft room was particularly cold, also the bin situation is confusing, I contact the property regarding this but go no response which wasn’t helpful.

Not the cleanest and photos not totally representative. No soap, no loo roll... Bins very smelly outside front door
