Located just 10 minutes drive from Llanberis, Bryn Llan Cottage is the perfect location to relax and unwind. Situated in the heart of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. This brand new barn conversion is the perfect base from which to explore and make the most of all North Wales has to offer.
After a day of hiking, climbing or mountain biking or a more leisurely day taking in the many and varied attractions and history of the area, return to the comfortable, warm and tranquil atmosphere of this fabulously welcoming cottage and relax in the spacious open plan living area, or sit in the garden and watch the breathtaking sunsets over Caernarfon Bay and Anglesey
The accommodation is split over two levels, the living area being the heart of the property, with it’s comfortable seating area, large dining table and fully fitted modern kitchen; this is the hub of the property. The large windows along the front gives the property a light, modern and airy feel and provides fantastic views over open countryside.
The two bedrooms, on the upper level, are spacious and comfortable and ideal for a family or for friends sharing. The large family bathroom is also situated on the upper level.
Particular attention has been paid to providing a welcoming, comfortable ambiance.
The large garden is split on two levels, having a sheltered gravelled seating / dining area next to the house and a lawned upper area, from which panoramic views can be enjoyed

We loved our stay here. Despite the typically Welsh weather, Elin is an incredibly warm and friendly host.The cottage is warm, clean and well appointed. Great views, when it's not raining. A proper bath is just what you need after a long day walking and running around Snowdon. The shower is really powerful as well.If we come up that way again we would definitely stay here.

A fantastic base for our week in Wales. Great host, wonderful location and a really great little property. The host was very flexible. We have an EV and the host let us charge and pay her back for the electricity we used which is very very convenient! Highly recommend.

The comunication from the owner is excellent and concise. The welcome pacage was a nice little surprise, and Maureen and Andrew were very welcoming and available for help and advise when needed.The property was well equipped and very clean.Overall and great holiday let and it is well positioned to get to many attractions quickly and easily.

Beautiful barn with everything we needed for our stay. The barn was super clean, well stocked, the shower was powerful & hot and the beds comfortable. Very welcoming, helpful and lovely hosts. We very much appreciated the chats & genuine interest in what we were up to. Visited the local pub for a very tasty dinner. Climbed Snowdon (stunning views) and visited Aber Falls and Anglesey. Just a perfect location. It is a working farm and we enjoyed chatting to the sheep, watching the cows outside the window and being greeted by dogs and horses. Thank you for a most wonderful stay. This place is a gem. We will definitely be back.

Great accommodations! Comfortable beds and couches, good shower. Everything was new and very clean. The views are beautiful! Easy drive to Snowdonia and other attractions. Walkable into town with ammenities, pubs and a kids park. Goats were great, animals were a huge hit!

This homestay is above excellent, bus around the corner into Caernarfon for West Highland Railway, bus to Llanberis for Snowdonia Railway, excellent trips, house was spotless and so nice to have a clothes line to hang washing on. Listening to the animals is very peaceful. Kitchen facilities perfect, hosts very helpful and wonderful to talk with.

This was our first holiday to Wales and we had the most incredible time. The proximity of the property to local attractions was wonderful, no more than 50 mins from anywhere we visited. We stayed for a week and did beaches, castles, waterfalls, lakes, breathtaking Snowdonia, Zipworld and paddleboarding at Plas Menai. The property itself was wonderful, with everything you could possibly require. It was a lovely barn conversion with gorgeous views for miles, we woke up to cows and sheep peering through the fences. Maureen, the host, and her family were all very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t fault anything and we would love to visit again.

Our stay at Bryn Llan Cottage in Llanrug was one of the most enjoyable and memorable getaways we've had. The cottage is absolutely charming, beautifully kept, and spotless. It felt warm, welcoming, and peaceful from the moment we stepped inside. Everything was thoughtfully set up, with all the comforts of home and lovely little touches that made a big difference. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the garden was a lovely quiet spot to sit and take in the surroundings.What really made the experience stand out were the hosts. They are some of the sweetest and friendliest people you could ever hope to meet. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. They took the time to welcome us personally, shared some wonderful local recommendations. Throughout our stay they were always kind, attentive, and respectful of our space, but always happy to help or have a friendly chat.Their warmth and care added something truly special to the trip. It didn’t feel like just renting a cottage, it felt like we were being looked after by genuinely lovely people who really care about making their guests feel comfortable.The location is ideal for exploring North Wales, with Snowdon, Caernarfon Castle, and beautiful beaches all within a short drive. After our adventures, returning to the calm and cosiness of the cottage each evening was a real joy.We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very grateful. We would absolutely stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights over Easter. The place was very clean, very well equipped and in a beautiful location, comfy beds and good night's sleep. The gist was very helpful even taking the time to show our family around the farm with new born lands and calfs amazing experience. Would recommend and would go back

Well to start with, the owners are wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Maureen greeted us to give us the key and she is such a lovely lady who kindly put a bottle of wine and cakes in the lounge for us to enjoy. As for the property well it’s lovely, spacious, super clean and comfortable. It has everything you need and we also enjoyed the games and puzzles and cards cupboard. The furnishings are really nice and the views from the windows are fabulous. Perfect place to stay for your dog as well if you are bringing one. The sheets and towels smelt amazing. The area is perfect and central for getting around to see all the beautiful places and attractions. We were so happy here that we did not want to leave but definitely will return and stay here again.

Absolutely loved this cottage!! In the grounds of Andrew & Maureen's farm but completely private and self contained. The garden is totally secure for a dog (even our inquisitive Springer), so could enjoy relaxing in the garden with livestock grazing in the adjoining fields. The location is perfect for exploring Anglesey, Eryri/Snowdonia, and Llyn Peninsula. The bungalow is perfectly positioned to enjoy stunning sunsets over the countryside from every window & garden. Very well equipped, lovely goodies on arrival and spotlessly clean!!! Andrew & Maureen were perfect hosts - very attentive, helpful & friendly but without being intrusive in the least. Would 100% recommend & would love to return one day.

Four of us had a brilliant weekend at the cottage. The location suited us perfectly, just 15 mins drive from Nant Peris carpark. The farm location was amazing with views of horses and sheep from the cottage. Maureen and her family were incredibly welcoming and even provided milk and a few other essentials on arrival. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would definitely return!

We had a super stay, very cosy and warm after wet and cold walks lovely views and garden area for kids to play. Very spacious and homey brilliant for our family of five. Lovely, secure, enclosed property to stay in which was ideal being owners of a border collie. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Great views of the farm animals from the windows and lawn which overlooked the fields. Only three miles from Llanberis. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at this well equipped house. It was even better than described and we had a brilliant time. Maureen and Andrew were fabulous hosts and were available any time that we had any questions about the local area. The location in North Wales, between Anglesey and Snowdonia, is ideal for many different excursions: sightseeing, hiking, relaxing on the beach, etc. Everything is available in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. The view is fantastic and perfect for sunsets. The contact with the hosts was very nice and the handover was very uncomplicated. We really enjoyed it and we would love to come back.

The property was finished to very high standard, the beds are so comfy. Towels super soft. Everything you could possibly need including toilets rolls, bin bags and cleaning products 😄 Located on a working farm we had the opportunity to feed the lambs and calves. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Lovely outside space with amazing views. Fenced area so our dog could play safely. Would highly recommend and we look forward to return soon.
