The caravan, location, cleanliness of caravan and leisure retreat. Facilities looked good...
Everything you needed for a short stay
Unfortunately we were there for 2 nights only and the cafe by the lake was shut when we arrived 430pm and closed on Wednesdays (the whole day I had!) The hours were too short for the spa and swimming pool also, so again we hoped to swim after picking up my daughter from climbing on Wednesday, but discovered the pool shut at 430pm, and didnt open until 10am Thursday by which time we had departed! Disappointed as both the cafe, pool & spa are what sold it too me and I couldnt make use of any of them! Unfortunately the opening times were not mentioned oon Booking.com

The little touches like the condiments left on the kitchen side and the coffee machine and a comfortable beds, pillows and blankets
