Well managed, neat and clean, excellent communication, nice friendly atmosphere, had no issue during the stay, very welcoming neighbours, value for money, nice view through windows, amazing views and adventurous getting to the location, Thank you for everything

Location is on a lovely part of the park, a short walk over the road to the side of the river. Keys easy to pick up and leave via a coded box. chalet was of a good size and a decent base area to explore North Wales from. Park is nice and clean, chalet is a little walk from main shops etc., Dog friendly property.
Beds quite uncomfortable with a broken leg under the main bed. We put the heater on as it was early in the season and cold which blew all the electrics in the dark. It took a little while to figure out how to put back on.

We liked the quality of the chalet and the touches such as having blankets for sitting outside; an excellent oven and surprisingly spacious fridge; parking right opposite; porch light; excellent blackout curtains and blinds; cooling fan; and plenty of cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery.
The coffee was a bit old. Shower pressure was a bit low but we understood that there was little that could be done about this.
The freezer compartment in the fridge probably needs defrosting more regularly.
It would have been good to have milk and we suggested get a tub of powdered in or some long life minis.
Could do with new, firmer mattresses. Neither was very comfortable.

Good kitchen apart from tap exploding, got it back on and messaged owner to inform them how loose it was.
Location was great for what we were there for which was to club snowdon. Didn't look around park, but park itself seemed quiet which was nice.
Beds, awful, bunk beds - uncomfortable mattress and awfully noisey if you move at all. Double bed, completely unstable and been mended very poorly and uncomfortable mattress, shower pressure awful and shower holder almost falling apart - again informed owner (replied next day saying last people must have broken but looking back its been mentioned in reviews)
WiFi signal also very weak, not enough to watch Netflix, when we finally got it set up due to drop in signal. Tv kept cutting out.
