Good location, had most things we needed, a box of toiletries if you’d forgotten anything, clean, comfy bed, good communication from host, shower lively and hot Didn’t use on site facilities but would have if staying longer

I couldn’t find clothes airers which would have been handy. I couldn’t get the electric heaters to work so it was a bit cold until we’d cooked and had the oven on I couldn’t get the gas heater to work and it seemed a bit dangerous so I didn’t use it in the end. We weren’t freezing but as we’d been out all day I would have preferred to be warmer. The host kindly put heaters on at 3pm but they were cold by 6pm when we arrived.

Scenic stay in a nice clean chalet

Very clean and comfortable. The chalet had everything we needed for a short stay. The chalet is situated on a beautiful holiday park. We were able to use the club on the evening - which was great. The host was very receptive and helpful.

Good chalet

The location was good and so were the surroundings. It was accessible and a short drive to the town centre. The layout of the room was good and included all amenities: like the outdoor porch, a fully working kitchen with cleaning material, clean toilets and spacious rooms and living area.

The room smelled very musty. As soon as we entered, we had a very off-putting damp smell. Probably the only downside of the property. We did not expect, but it would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the jars, which was empty. Some of the window handles were a bit old that it seemed like it would break when trying to open.

Little gem in the holiday park

Helpful checkin. Provided a table fan on request for a hot and humid day. Clean chalet with kitchen, shower and washroom. Ample towels provided for a family of 5. Ample parking outside. Patio and chairs to relax outside in the sun. Close to the stream for an evening stroll.

Beds were not very comfortable. Could be just us used to a different beds and matteresses.

Cozy and tranquil time at Chalet 208 in Glan Gwena

Very cozy and tranquil.

The water heater in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. It vacillated back and forth between those two temps. We never figured out how to produce warm water

Perfect for what we needed will be returning

Property was lovely very clean had everything we needed and the location was brilliant Check in was really easy

We were a group of 3 female friends so myself and another had the room with the bunk beds, these may be great for kids but I struggles to get on top bunk and it wasn’t the most comfortable night sleep access to top bunk is also very hard

The location was good, the park was very clean and tidy. The chalet was well appointed and clean, we would definitely return.

The main bedroom mattress was poor quality and could benefit from an upgrade.

Glan Gwna chalet

Clean and comfortable, great location and we could bring our dog but not take him into the bar area , so it was freezing sat outside no outdoor heaters .

When we first pulled up to chalet it wasn't very tidy outside needed decking painting and tiding up maybe a few pots and flowers a little colour . Living room wasn't too warm with heater on but didn't like to put calor gas heater on dont like them . Blinds were damaged and wouldn't close or cover all window so everyone could see in when lights were on , curtains would be better and keep.it warmer . Electricity went off and we struggled to find the red switch in the dark and move the settees away from the box that the button was behind , it should be easily accessible and clearly marked .

Lovely chalet , would love to visit again.

The chalet is on a beautiful holiday site, before we arrived we received a lovely message to say everything is ready and when we arrived we rang and was greeted warmly by our host. The welcome pack is a lovely touch. The property has everything needed and was comfortable.

The only issue we found was the outside decking got very slippy after a bit of rain. The shower was a bit tricky to use for the little ones as the temperature was really temperamental
