Excellent location! Close to several great walking spots and Snowden.

Nothing it was good.

Brilliant location for snowdonia national park and also to visit coastal towns like Llandudno & Colwyn bay. Site pool great. Quiet location. Good shower. Easy to get into house with keypad.

House very dark with damp areas near the dining area and above the shower. Outdoor areas not well maintained - plants etc. Not very inviting to use the space at the back. Unable to read the cooker function buttons as faded badly - making using the over very difficult. Electricity meter not mentioned in the advertisement- was in minus status on our arrival - so needed topping up. Although we barely used any electricity so this was not particularly costly (we bought a £10 and there was £5+ left on when we'd left the apartment - we only used the oven once and didnt need any heating on) The house and outdoor areas could really do with some TLC - brighter furniture and maybe curtains rather than wooden blinds or more modern blinds would be brighter and more homely. Wooden steps very noisy. The living area smelt badly of dogs - sadly it made for a poor first impression. Thankfully upstairs was OK, but we constantly had to burn a candle because of the odour.
