Location was great , we went to lots of areas around north wales a lovely place
The chalet was cold & draughty , we had the heater on a lot during the evenings when we were there

Comfy, cosy, great location. Had everything we needed. Didn’t use the facilities as we just used the chalet as a base for exploring.
Could do with a deep clean but assume that’s only done at the end of the season

Bed linen are available at a charge -
For a 1 night stop having to do the beds; not having towels, not having shampoo and soap and not having the basics to make a coffee/ tea is not ideal.
A tiny welcome pack with 3 coffee sachets; 3 bags of tea; a tiny milk carton and 2 shampoo sachets would have made a huge difference or must be stated very clearly when booking.
