Clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Close to the Loch and pier. Nice walks in and around the village.Would definitely stay again.

An instruction sheet for all the appliances would be helpful. We couldn't find one. But hosts responded quickly to requests.

Wonderful cottage in wonderful setting. All facilities provided. Home from home.

My husband contacted overseeing manager to ask what make of beds used as they were so comfortable. However she didn't reply. It would have been good manners to do so.

A bit of difficulty with the key number opening the box

Great location. Nice and central in luss and everything was within walking distance. Great communication with the host throughout. Good private parking too.

We were told check in was at 4pm, but upon arrival the cleaners appeared to still be cleaning the property delaying our entry until almost 4.30. This was difficult with an already fussy toddler. The floorboards were unbelievably squeaky throughout the property and kept disturbing our toddler’s sleep. There was a lack of essentials such as dish towels, dish clothes and shower gel. There was also a horrible smell in one of the bedrooms.
