Ok ish. But the cabins are old and dated, poorly maintained
The cabin was nice and warm and the extra overhead heater in the lounge area kept it nice and warm through bitterly cold weather.
The cabin was very poorly maintained, lots of the lights either didn't work or didn't even have bulbs in them. No door handles or keeper on the lounge door so the door constantly swung open let all the warmth out into the hallway. Although the cabin was large and could accommodate many people, despite having 10 beer glasses and countless wine glasses, there were only two tiny cups for having tea or coffee. The kitchen cupboards were in a poor state, clearly very old and badly maintained so some doors hung off the hinges when opened and none of the under/over cupboard lighting worked at all. The people in the next cabin were told if they ran low on toilet roll, there was plenty in the store cupboard in my cabin, just help themselves! Neither of the basins had plugs or any ability to stop the water running straight out, making washing difficult. The 'wardrobe' in the master bedroom had no doors, despite having a track to accommodate some. The coffee table in the living room was useless as it had to stay underneath the TV to accommodate the dvd player, set top box and a crazy array of wiring.

    Nice accommodation
Clean, spacious, great view, comfy bed and good value if 4 travellers (sadly we were two).
Internet did not work. There are no instructions provided - ie. I spent 30 mins fiddling with radiators only to finally realize they were not longer in service and replaced by a heat pump. The Booking.com description does not indicated that the cottage is owned by the adjacent hotel and checkin is at hotel - why keep that a secret?

    Overpriced accommodation in attractive location.
    Location was beautiful.
The lodge was not clean. The beds were not comfortable. The property clearly needs updating and renovation. It is very expensive for the standard provided. However, there are limited alternatives on this stage of the West Highland Way which no doubt book out first.

    Very beautiful environment!
The landscape was beautiful. The cabin was nice. The showers got hot, which was very much appreciated!
The internet/ tv connection was terrible. We were watching a movie and about an hour in, it just stopped due to poor connection.

Beautiful lodge: stay here for at least a week!
Lodge 37 is a beautiful, luxury lodge in the banks of Loch Lomond. We can not rate it highly enough. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, as we were walking the West Highland Way, but we wished we could have stayed longer. We didn't get a chance to fire up the BBQ or sit around the fire pit or even use all of the lovely cooking gear. We just used it as overnighter and it served us very well.
BBQ looked a bit tired. Other than that, all wonderful.

A fantastic stay at the Lodge. Would definitely book and stay again.
The beautiful lodge was very well sized and the balcony terrace was fabulous. Kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed.
The master bed was two combined singles and separated a little. Additional rubbish bags weren’t available and the outdoor bins weren’t there.

Great base for everything Lomond and more.
Location, Size, comfort. Good food and beer in hotel bar. Deffo stay again.
Tiny things that don’t take away from our stay but: en-suite shower was poor. Few bits of wear and tear. No hooks anywhere, hallway bedrooms or bathrooms. No number on property so couldn’t find it, had to get help from guy in bar at hotel who was busy already.
