Lovely cottage, great views fabulous location
There was no welcome pack or info pack with taxi numbers or recommendations of places to visit/eat out. As we were there for wedding it didn't really affect us. But I did txt Jin for some info and she was very helpful

The cottage was in a beautiful location with views of Loch Lomond from the front garden. It is a bit tired but kept tidy. Two bedrooms and bathrooms, one upstairs and one down, which was a bonus for 4 people sharing. The kitchen was wall equipped although we couldn't work out the hob to cook breakfast at first, despite instructions in the drawer. Ample parking for 2 cars.
The hot water for the downstairs shower was intermittent. Some of the crockery was chipped abd probably needs replacing. Apart from that all good.

The view over the loch was lovely, and overall it was clean.
Some aspects felt a bit tired and could do with updating - for example, the towels were quite worn and in need of replacement.
We also felt it was expensive for what was offered, especially given that we stayed out of season, so it may be significantly pricier during peak times.
Considering how much we paid, wood and firelighters for the fire would have been appreciated.
