Excellent location for our overnight stay in Bath. Comfortable and clean. Good value.
Small bath towels, plastic glasses, no mugs! Quite a hike up the stairs to the top of the building.

Nice views of Bath.
Six flights of stairs to negotiate with heavy bags. Very uncomfortable sofa. Electric fan in bedroom was broken.
