Nothing much good about this property.

Front entrance to property was a mess. Our double bed should be replaced. Some heating radiators couldnt be turned on. Carpets need to be replaced. Nearest parking was 15 minute walk from property.

All previous reviews are correct and very disappointing to see not thing has been rectified as stated Not clean Very poor state of repair The dining room GLASS table was not secure and tipped with any small amount of weight. Unusable. Complained to host and was given the same response as all previous complaints/poor reviews.

This place needs to be throughly cleaned and checked all facilities are in working order.

Washing machine was working and fab Location.

The property was filthy, there were rotten food left in the fridge some facilities were not in working order and no car park.

Didn't stay there

Location

Bed linens dirty and not ironed. Freezer and oven unclean. Unimaginable quantity of cobwebs. We couldn't sleep there. The host didn't respond to my complaints initially and i had to contact booking dot com. We had to book another house same night. But we got a full refund though.

Delightful area of Bath, we would rent this location again.

Great location, Hilary was attentive. The apartment was spacious and within walking distance to center of Bath. We really enjoyed our stay. If you want a place that feels and breaths Bath, this is it.

The place could be tidier. The walls have marks on them and the kitchen could be cleaner. We booked last minute, so there may not have been enough time to prep the place.

Disappointed overall, reasonable price for the space but unrealistic images advertising a house needing tlc.

Location was good 10-15 minutes from Bath centre.

Rooms had a worn out feeling, thick dusty cobwebs on ceilings & lighting in living room, dirty windows,sofa was broken, glass dining table was dirty under surface, coffee tables wobbly. Kitchen had no coffee maker (advertised with) had a freestanding fridge freezer & additional under counter fridge and freezer turned on but unusable, as door didn’t close and no shelves. Poor selection of glasses and mugs for 5 guests. Tall Kitchen cupboards were full of empty bottles and boxes instead of ironing board etc(that was left behind a door near another box). Bedroom landing had a high chair and other random items stacked at top of landing. We thought initially board games etc left for guests to play with but as we also found what seemed to be essays, writing pads, half open unsealed rice cakes, seasonings, teas etc in kitchen cupboard seems more likely someone lives there but clears out ineffectively when guests are due. Wardrobe in twin room had large box in so couldn’t hang anything long up. Towels had rust and other stains on them. Radiators were dirty. Shower bathroom although clean looking needed descaling and degenerated mastic replacing.

We love the location and it’s really spacious.

The property is very conveniently located near the city center. It’s walking distance to city center. There are sufficient beds and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The check in has to be exactly 4pm or after. We arrived 10 minutes earlier and the key was not in the safe yet. We had to call the owner. And there’s no parking near the premises, we had to drive around and wait. Too many stairs to climb and if you have heavy luggages it’s challenging. One of the rooms bedsheet was yellowish and smells of sweat. We feedbacked to owner and she assured us it’s washed. But nothing was done. In the end we didn’t use that room.

The location is excellent. The apartment was nice and spacious and was great to have three bedrooms with 4 beds and two toilets, a wet room and a bath with overhead shower. Dan was good enough to let us know when the apartment was ready for us and there were clean towels etc on each bed, toilet rolls, hair dryer etc all provided.

Some of the apartment could do with a few touch ups. for example some of the paint was flaking on the bathroom ceiling. It wasn’t a problem for us, but just so people know there are a lot of flights of stairs to go and there is no lift. like I say, that was fine for us but if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues, just be aware.

We loved it , excellent value for money

It’s location is superb, the decoration is lovely and the apartment is nice . Communication and check in was good

There’s a lot of stairs (didn’t really bother us but it’s something to definitely be aware of) There was slight lack of attention to detail with some of the cleaning, with some dirty towels left on the back of the door - and previous recycling in the cupboards was a bit smelly .

Overall very good, very spacious apartment, very good location. But the heating let it down

The heating was obviously on an automatic timer, which we were unable to change, which meant the apartment was not being heated in the evening and it was very cold snd uncomfortable

- very centrally located - good host (easy to get hold of and very responsive)

- property needs some maintenance work - fridge dirty with significant ice build up - beds need replacement (creaking and unstable) - only one teaspoon - dirty dishes in cupboards - stained crockery - no a very homely feel - many many many stairs, not specifically mentioned on site - glass coffee tables and dining room tables not stable (therefore dangerous - small towels - tarnished kettle and dishwasher (presumably the water, but still creates a poor image)

Great location. Loads of space. Ideal for a group of friends having a get together in Bath. The rooms are spacious.

There was a bottle opener, but it broke and we had to replace it. There is a cafetière, but no coffee pod machine (as seen in the picture)

Fabulous roomy apartment. Great for friends to stay together.

Location is fantastic. Easy walking to Bath attractions. Very spacious- no arguing over rooms as all are lovely. Towels and toiletries provided. Lots of stairs (just so people are aware) but ok for us. Our 3 cars managed to park nearby without paying for the weekend but I think we were lucky!

Hot water had an issue, but we managed to sort that with a phone call!

Great spacious apartment in an ideal location

The Georgian Apartment was a great place to stay, it was spacious, fully equipped, had a great view and was in an ideal location for Bath centre. As a group of 6 it had everything we needed to base ourselves and to come back and chill out after a busy day wandering the streets of Bath.

None of these 'dislikes' ruined our stay, the pluses far outweigh the negatives. A few of the cups in the cupboard had been put away dirty and needed washing up before using. The shelves in the oven didn't seem to fit properly, when I pulled one out which had a hot tray of food on it, it spilled over onto the base of the oven. (luckily not onto me)

The booking process was easy, and all questions and queries were answered before we departed by really helpful, friendly staff. The location was superb. Less than 10 minutes from the main centre. The Abbey, Baths, excellent restaurants and shops were all just minutes away. Would recommend the boat trip from the wier.

The only downside for us was the lack of parking.
