This recently refurbished luxury apartment sits on the entire first floor of a Grade II listed 18th century town house.
The towering ceilings and grand Georgian features transport you back to the regency era where this floor once served as a grand banqueting hall.
Every detail of the apartment has been masterfully crafted to give you the ultimate luxury experience. Retaining it’s original fireplaces and ornate cornice but with brand new bespoke kitchen and bathroom suite.

Southgate Shopping Centre is less than a 10 minute walk away and Milsom Street is just 5 minutes away.
Baths premier entertainment venues, The Forum, The Komedia, Theatre Royal and Moles are all less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
If early check in or late check out is requested, fees will apply to cover cleaner’s costs. We will accommodate this when possible.
Parking is limited in the centre of Bath as most streets are for residential permits or pay and display (usually with a 2 hour max). The closest car park to the apartment is The Podium (BA1 5BN) and costs £15 for 24 hours.
