Well located property , full equipped kitchen , garden and very comfortable rooms, like it ! if I have to back yes we will back for sure
Could be a bit more clean , basement room was coffee spilled on the wall , carpet could be cleaned

Excellent location. Easy walk to the roman baths, royal crescent. Reasonable walk to station and bus services. Flat was clean everything functional. Good wifi. Host sorted out any problems immediately.
There is extensive building works going on at adjacent properties as of April 2026. This did mean there was considerable noise especially early in the mornings. Nothing the host can do about this but guests should be aware of this

We loved the location. It was easy to park the car in a nearby car park. Beds were comfortable and felt clean
The garden. It is not a retreat, and we booked the stay so we could sit out in the garden. It was overgrown, full or weeds and the garden furniture was tatty. Not like the photograph in description. The windows were stinking dirty. Clearly not cleaned for some time. A real shame and very disappointing. We have contacted booking.com to complain.but sadly no response, and held off putting this review on, but think it's only fair to say how we felt
