Hidden Loft Apartment - Central Bath

Excellent location. Spotless. Comfy beds. We had everything we needed. Excellent and responsive hosts. Clear instructions.

Stairs up to the apartment were a challenge, especially during a heat wave, but we were expecting them and they were well worth it for the location and homely, clean and comfy accomodation. Good for your step count too!

Excellent location. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Lovely views. Very well equipped. The 72 steps were not a problem for us; the stair was wide enough to take a break.

Needs extra chair in lounge, it being used by 4 people as sofa was tight for 3 people. Also there is plenty of space to add a comfy chair by the window. Similar comment was made in previous reviews by other people so hopefully the hosts will add an armchair in the near future. Kettle was full of limescale - in other reviews too - so it either needs a very good clean or needs replacing. The smaller bedroom has no storage so for a couple staying for 2 nights, where are they expected to put their clothes?

Good location, quality soaps in bathroom, comfy beds. Clean kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.

The sofa was stained in several places, but in particular a large stain on seat cushion which was off putting ( I covered it with a throw). The kettle is heavily crusted with limescale and either needs to be descaled or replaced. No storage space in second bedroom. Lounge area a little too sparse, would benefit from carpet.

Location was very good

Not sure if the 72 steps are worth the view, we couldn’t find tea and coffee, lounge was draughty through windows, could do with some curtains for winter I think, sparsely furnished and the shower wasn’t working
