The apartment was ideal for 2 couples and in a great location for seeing all the sights of Bath on foot.
When booking it was not clear that there were a number of stairs to the basement where the bedrooms and bathrooms were located. As one of our party had a broken foot this did cause a few issues. It should also be noted that there are steps to the garden area which is overlooked by neighbouring properties.

Location ideal. Just off the centre, but two minutes away. Quiet. Historic. Host was great.
Might be a bit of an issue with anyone with mobility issues.

Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, super clean bathrooms. Great choice of books on the bookshelves.
Tiny issue with hinge on one of the bedroom doors made the door difficult to open and close.
