Great location and parking was a bonus.
The neighbour below seemed grumpy. The flat was very hot and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Would be ideal for a longer stay. Great location for visiting the city centre.
The parking advertised was only for the time we could be in the apartment (3pm to 10am) so not suitable for our 1 night stay and is chargeable. Would be worthwhile for a longer stay.

The apartment is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 3-4 people. The property manager replaced the sofa during our stay because the previous one was quite worn out. It's nice that they pay attention to these things. We had a problem with turning on the heating because the battery in the control panel had run out, but after we reported it, they fixed the problem on the same day.
The equipment was perfect for us.
Overall, the service was satisfactory, and you have a good value for your money.
Overall, the place was reasonably clean, but fell a little short of expectations, although not in the most important areas. The bed and bathroom were perfectly adequate, but there were quite a few dust bunnies and some dirt where the seat and backrest of the chair met.

The location is great.
The place is very dirty there is a lot of stairs and they stink like a students hostel. Toilet bowl was brown it was that dirty. Window broken in bedroom. Measly 2 seater couch to sit on everything is old and needs updating not many utensils to cook with stingy old scrubber to clean & wipe benches very badly managed.
