The kitchen and washing machine was nice to have. Ahort walk to downtown.
Parking. Could not find either of the first two car parks. None of the map programs or car sat nav could get me there. Very frustrating. And i think the spots out front were available after 6 pm if leaving before 8 am. Would have been convenient to park out front of apartment.

Convenient location.
Very overpriced. Very dated. Lacking information- information booklet out of date. Internet extremely slow. Heating confusing and no instructions- no reply to query about it. Security issues - building front door was open on arrival. Communal area is very dirty. Several light bulbs not working. Odd fixtures (like USB light with no USB socket available). On busy main road so take earplugs if you go as the bedroom faces the road.
