The apartment was really cosy and a great location for the city centre and the universities (U3 bus stops directly outside). Contactless check in but the staff were helpful when I contacted them by email with a follow-up question.
I had a bit of trouble getting the hot water to work, but this wasn't much of an issue as the shower is electric.

Convenient location.
Very overpriced. Very dated. Lacking information- information booklet out of date. Internet extremely slow. Heating confusing and no instructions- no reply to query about it. Security issues - building front door was open on arrival. Communal area is very dirty. Several light bulbs not working. Odd fixtures (like USB light with no USB socket available). On busy main road so take earplugs if you go as the bedroom faces the road.
