Really lovely spacious and well located Airbnb. Easy to get to from the station and then to walk everywhere else in the centre. Loved the light open plan living space.
The age of the building means the bed feels like it’s slightly on a slope and it’s a soft mattress (personally prefer firm) but this didn’t really hamper our stay!

The property was really good.
Very comfortable, especially the bed.
Very warm on cold winters night and loved the great view of the church outside our property and the ‘chimes’ from it (very Christmassy).Everything was very easy to get to and not complicated.The Abbey is only a short walk away and other attractions.
The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge has cosy seating.
As you enter the main entrance it has a bit of a smell. Also when you enter the main flat it has a ‘doggy’hoover smell (bag may need changing)
Also the bath water was just tapid warm and had to boil some kettle water to get it a little bit more hotter.
At Christmas time it would have been nice to have a Christmas tree or Christmas wreath on the door just a suggestion.

Everything was brand new and clean. Great location
It had a bit of a funny smell. The washing machine and dryer were in the basement, not in the flat. This meant getting the lift up and down and carrying all my washing. Wasn’t mentioned on the listing. I was living there so not like I was on holiday like most people would be
