Great well sized property with great facilities and a welcoming host.

The photos of the property were misleading as it looked as if you were in a country setting whereas you were on a housing estate, and the bathrooms were tight.

Good location for where we needed to be. Clean and overall it was presentable.

Front porch had broken/ fragmented tiles & furnishings were bit eclectic (but that’s personal taste). Suggestion, would be to increase the available towels unless the directive was to bring your own, which is a little difficult if you are travelling with cabin baggage only.

I absolutely loved this stay! Although the location is a bit away from the city centre, it’s wonderfully quiet, and there’s a large Aldi just an 18-minute walk away. The beds were extremely comfortable, and every detail of the interior design was well thought out—the two nightlights were especially handy. The washing machine was spotless, and the host thoughtfully provided laundry disinfectant, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, the kitchen was fully equipped with a great selection of beautiful, high-quality utensils, and even chopsticks for our Chinese cooking habits. The dishwasher worked perfectly, and everything we needed for meal prep was easy to find. For our group of 4 adults and 5 children, this was absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you so much to the host for such a wonderful stay!

The only tiny thing: the wooden floors were a bit creaky. But everything else was fantastic!

The location was easy to navigate into Edinburgh. We appreciated the accessibility and there were several places to sit together. Having two full bathrooms was a must for 8 people.

We needed a set of sheets for the roll away cot that was provided. The washer/dryer combo is a nice option but took 5-6 hours to wash/dry. We ended up going to laundry mat so we could do more than one load per evening. If the washer/dryer can be used more quickly, some quick instructions would be helpful.
