Tranquil, relaxing stay; excellent breakfast

Staff were wonderful before and during our stay. Good communication and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Fresh and locally sourced where possible. A delightful, tranquil location interrupted only by chimes from the bells from the local church (stops at night!), birdsong and cuckoo calls. Gignese has bars, cafes and restaurants and is within walking distance. Stresa with its lakeside promenades, shops and many restaurants is 15-20 minute drive away.

You pay for what you get! Our room has a garden ‘inner courtyard view’ - which meant it looked over a ramp and railings. Room wasn’t small but it wasn’t well laid out. It had no air conditioning but a fan had thoughtfully been provided. It was at the end of the bed which hindered the passage to the bathroom. The bathroom had equipment for guests with limited mobility..but it would have been impossible for someone with limited in mobility to get passed the bed to the bathroom even without the fan. Having said all that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Might pay a bit more for our room next time.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Absolut zu empfehlen!

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Parklanlage mit Parkplätzen hinter der Mauer. Alles ist stylisch, schön, modern eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstück mit Saft zum Pressen und was man sonst braucht. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal!!!

Séjour tranquille à proximité du Lac Majeur. Bien situé pour visiter la région.

Endroit dédié au calme et à la zénitude dans un village au-dessus de Stresa et à quelques kilomètres de Orta. Bien situé pour visiter la région. Le B&B comprend 6 chambres et le parc est verdoyant. En saison chaude, possibilité de se reposer à l'extérieur. Petit déjeuner varié et complet avec des produits frais. Accueil très sympathique.

Fehlen eines richtigen Pools. Dieser - so hat man uns berichtet - ist bereits in Planung. Etwas dunkles Zimmer (wir hatten das 3-Bett-Zimmer).

Sehr schöner Zwischenstopp in Gignese

Ich war spät eingereist, aber das Einchecken hat dank der ausführlichen Beschreibung reibungslos geklappt. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut mit viel Auswahl. Das Gebäude hat eine Spielecke für Kinder. Draußen gibt es einige Liegestühle mit einem schönen Ausblick. Eine Klimaanlage gab es auch. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren super freundlich, ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Interessant für Leute mit Kindern: das Gebäude liegt auf einem großen eingezäunten Grundstück mit viel Grün. Kinder können herumlaufen und spielen und können nicht auf die Straße laufen.

Sehr schönes Haus.Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Frühstück Top,.Lage ist ca.15 Minuten mit dem Auto von Stresa entfernt.Im Garden kann man Tagsüber gemütlich flanieren und aus dem Getränke Kühlschrank kann man sich selbst mit Getränken versorgen.....

Wir wurden beim Schlafen mit offenem Fenster häufig durch bellende Hund in der entfernten Nachbarschaft geweckt.

Das Fruehstueck war sehr gut, für italienische Verhaeltnisse ausgezeichnet. Die Lage in einem schoenen Park, ein wenig Abseits. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Moderne Villa im Herzen der Natur und weg vom großen Tourismus.

Man bekommt die ruhige Lage oberhalb der trubeligen Seen, wenn man die Beschreibung vorher gut liest. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage. Das Haus ist von Grund auf renoviert und modernisiert. Das Frühstück ist anders als gewohnt, aber sehr gut. Und am Ende hatten wir tatsächlich 0% Plastikabfall. Auch den Orangensaft selbst frisch zu pressen, ist wunderbar. Die herzliche und freundliche Art der beiden Gastgeberinnen müssen unbedingt noch erwähnt werden.

Wir waren in Zimmer 6 ganz oben. Die steilen und teilweise sehr engen Treppen (kein Fahrstuhl) zusammen mit dem Gepäck waren für uns zu meistern, könnten aber für einige Gäste eine Herausforderung sein. Besser vor der Buchung nachfragen, wo das Zimmer liegt.

Schönes, kleines und ruhig gelegenes B&B

Schöne und ruhige Lage oberhalb vom See in einem kleinen Park mit großen Bäumen. Francesca war sehr freundlich und hat alle Wünsche berücksichtigt. Besonders super fand ich, dass man bei Fragen oder Problemen per WhatsApp mit ihr in Kontakt treten konnte und man nicht lange auf eine Antwort warten musste👍🏽. Das Zimmer war modern und hell eingerichtet mit einer großen Regendusche und Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut 😊.

תודה רבה לפרנצ'סקה שאירחה אותנו כל כך יפה, המלון עצמו מלון בוטיק קטן עם מעט חדרים מה שהתאים לנו מאוד, נשארנו שם 5 לילות - משפחתי, ההורים שלי והמשפחה של אחי. והיה מצויין. החדרים נוחים ומשופצים הכל נראה כמו בתמונות באתר ומאוד נקי. למרות שאין ארוחת ערב פרנצסקה הסכימה שנשתמש בכלים שהיו בחדר האוכל מה שהקל עלינו עם הילדים הקטנים. החלק החיצוני היה מאוד יפה אבל בגלל הגשם לא יצא לנו להשתמש בו כל כך.. קיבלנו מגבות נוספות בשביל המרחצאות החמים שהלכנו אליהם (בעלות של יורו למגבת) ממליצה מאוד על המלון הזה למשפחות ולזוגות !

המזרון היה מעט קשה אבל פרנצסקה הביאה לנו כמה שמיכות לריפוד. לחץ המים היה מעט חלש אבל לי זה לא ממש הפריע ארוחת הבוקר היתה מעט בסיסית אבל פרנצסקה פינקה אותנו בעגבניות, אנחנו אוהבים לאכול ירקות בארוחת הבוקר שלנו

Obiekt z zewnątrz ładny ale przez ich błąd w cenie my musieliśmy spać pod namiotami gdzie indziej.

Obiekt popełnił błąd, przez który MY nie mieliśmy gdzie spać - dlatego taka ocena. Okolica była naprawdę piękna, obiekt wygląda na bardzo ładny i zadbany. Ma stary klimatyczny park i bardzo zadbany trawnik. Niestety nie mieliśmy możliwości sprawdzić niczego więcej gdyż cena podana na stronie bookingu okazała się błędna. Obsługa dzwoniła przy nas do szefa obiektu ale ten nie zgodził się na nasz nocleg za podaną lub zbliżoną kwotę. Najpierw usłyszeliśmy cenę 280 EUR, a później zgodzono się na 240 EUR. Bardzo polecam w przypadku tego obiektu by najpierw sprawdzić czy cena podawana w ogłoszeniach jest prawdziwa.

Ciężko mi pisać o pobycie w obiekcie, skoro nie zostaliśmy do niego przyjęci za cenę podaną na stronie Booking. Obiekt odmówił nam noclegu gdyż jak stwierdzili - cena podana na stronie była błędna. Błędy się zdarzają ale my zostaliśmy bez noclegu pod koniec dnia. Jako członkowie rajdu charytatywnego chcieliśmy odpocząć po ponad 6 tysiącach kilometrów. Obiekt oznaczył na bookingu, że nie dojechaliśmy... pozostawię to bez komentarza, bo nie dość że dojechaliśmy to mamy zdjęcia potwierdzające, że tam byliśmy.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes B&B

Es war alles perfekt. Der self check in wird so gut erklärt, das gar nichts schief gehen kann. Das Haus liegt in einem tollen Garten und ist sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Es war alles frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Und es gab mehr als genug Auswahl. Von uns auch noch mal ganz lieben Dank an Francesca.
