The location of the hotel was good. Views from the balcony were great.
The hotel staff and management were really helpful. Sorting out a taxi for an early start and offering a take away breakfast so early on the morning we departed

Amazing location, fabulously quirky but stylish room.

Location was amazing, right in the centre of Orta. Close to everything and there was a cafe downstairs.
It is in the town square so we had a 5-10min walk with our luggage.
8.0 / 10.0
The town itself is absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel had a lovely view that made the stay memorable. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was nice, and overall it was a pleasant experience.
The location can be difficult for guests with limited mobility, as parking is about a 10-minute walk away and the streets are cobblestoned. The building is very old, so the room felt quite primitive. While the shower was spacious and nice, it was located in the room itself rather than in the bathroom, which may not suit everyone. The front desk is not open 24/7, though in practice there was no real need for that during our stay.

Being located right in the main square was perfect. We were feet from everything

Amazing location. Possibly the best.
The showers were possibly the worst I have ever experienced. Not sure why the twin showers didn't have sides or didn't have proper shower heads instead of lumps of rock.

I'm sorry to have to say the accommodation was far from comfortable. Our room faced onto the beautiful square which unfortunately resulted in noise from the partying people below (until 2 a.m.).
The AC could not be set to below 24 degrees which left us sweltering for the remainder of the night.
Although clean and large, the room was very sparse (no real cupboard space) with not the most comfortable of beds or anything else to sit on.
Dragging our luggage through the cobbled streets also proved something of a challenge as parking is some way away.
However, the hotel is really perfectly situated so if the above would not bother you, this just might be your place...

Excellent location
Good sized room with balcony.
Great breakfast at the restaurant, very friendly staff.
Hotel and check in at different locations, not sure if this is all the time.

Excellent location. The walk from the station is definitely not easy especially with suit cases. Also picking up key from another location was not ideal. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English.
The walk from the station. You could even say it was dangerous. There are little or no foot paths. Very hard if your not young and fit while carrying suitcases.

It's located in the main square by the lake.
Having the shower in the room. The water goes everywhere.

The location in the main piazza of Orta San Giulio was fantastic. Our little balcony overlooked the piazza and the lake.
The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Very unique having an enormous shower in the room rather than the bathroom.
The breakfast was a bonus, and had a large variety of fresh foods.
We would recommend this hotel to our friends.
The floor got very wet from the walk-in shower.

amazing position, very comfortable. Breakfast buffet offer was really good.
Not crystal clean as we would have liked but it was ok!
The italian girl managing rooms and breakfast at Aracoeli was so impolite and rude that made as really uncomfortable and makes me really doubt about wanting to go back.

very friendly staff, great location
rooms need work - shower didn’t drain, lighting inadequate, no table or chair or luggage rack, shower water adjustments didn’t work well, no bedside reading lamp, bed had side rails so could get in and out by climbing from the end of the bed, I could go on and on. nice “quirky” concept but it needs a lot of just basic amenities. also - stairwell needs a light and bannisters! it was unsafe! as was the hot water - could get scalding hot!

The location is good since it is in the city centre and there are nice bars and restaurants.
The communication with the hotel was pretty poor, we asked for info on how to get to the property, how to use the free parking and if possible to have breakfast before the 8.30 (a bit late compared to the usual 7.00 am of most properties) but we just got a reply with a map of the city and no answers to our questions.
When we got in the room the lady that showed us around (really nice person) started the air-conditioning since the room war really hot. Unfortunately a few hours later the temperature in the room was still really high (of course it doesn't work really well) and we had to sleep with the windows open......the room cooled down a bit but the hotel is just above a night bar full of people till 4 am in the morning... .
The cleaning was not really good.... We found a used razor and used soap in the shower....
Apart from that, everything else was good..... :-(

The location is just PERFECT in the center of Piazza Motto but that's actually the only thing we liked about the hotel. The breakfast which was included in the price was actually also a good thing.
We paid a lot of money just to be sure that our hotel has an AC, because it was a very hot month. When we arrived they didn't tell us that the AC system in the hotel is not working. It was our surprise when we came back to the hotel after chilling around in the city around 10pm that the room wasn't cool. We called for the reception and the only thing they said is that the AC is not working and they can't do anything about it and that we have to open the windows because at night the temperature will drop to 20 degrees celcius. We felt like they just HIT us in our face!!! We checked out in the morning and checked in an other hotel. We will never ever come back again. Not even because of the AC, but more because how the lady treated us.

The stay exceeded my expectations. Room was spacious, minimalistic design, clean and comfortable. Loved the extra large shower. The breakfast had a variety of sweet and savory things to eat. Location is right on the main piazza with plenty of restaurants easily accessible.
Being right on the main plaza also means some noise in the room. When the windows were closed I didn’t hear much.

very difficult to find. The name is only written in very small letters on the door.

Rien
A éviter.
