A quiet, very well presented hotel, very close to the slope where cars/ uber etc can pick you up which is important when pushing cases over cobbled stones.
It’s frustrating when tired to have to check in at another hotel. Someone should be present at the hotel to welcome you rather than having another walk to another location to collect the key.

The hotel was a quaint but secure hotel, rooms were beautifully decorated. The surroundings were fantastic. A short walk to the lake and a huge variety of places to eat and shop.

L'hôtel m'a renvoyé par la Poste un pantalon oublié dans une armoire!
Merci encore.
Difficultés pour joindre la réception par téléphone.
Le check-in ne peut pas se faire directement à l'hôtel et il faut transporter plusieurs fois les bagages depuis le parking car il n'est pas possible d'accéder avec la voiture à proximité de l'hôtel!
