The room was great with a balcony looking on to the street below wonderful for people watching.It was perfectly clean and well decorated. Breakfast was on the roof terrace with a magnificent veiw over the lake. All really good and well served

The room was very nice and comfortable. (We upgraded the room offered by Booking.) Enjoyed breakfast on the top of the building with a great view. The location is very good.
The luggage was kind of difficult to carry up or down between the parking lot at the top of the town and the hotel at the lake level within a time allowed for parking.

nice clean room. great location steps to everything.
desk staff had no idea how taxis work. he actually said there are no taxis. we had to get another hotel to arrange a taxi to go to Milan. hotel is nice and in a great location in the town,but it was challenging to getting large suit cases in. they should give instructions to guests on how to get there and navigate luggage.
