Faultless in every way.
Massimo was an outstanding host and made us very welcome in a wonderful and well appointed location. All was perfect and we would very much like to return in summertime. A peaceful and tranquil haven during our hectic train trip through northern Italy.

Perfect place at the lake
Beautiful old house with garden where you can swim in the lake, near the center but quiet, very helpful & friendly host, great breakfast, perfect place for us to start our hikes from - it’s also a lovely area and in November we loved the quiet time

A true treasure
We booked "al Dom" already for the second time, and for great reasons: the quality, serenity and friendliness of the bed & breakfast is unmatched. With rooms overlooking the lake as well as a private garden with lake-access (this a true gem), waking up is a festivity every day, that continues with the rich, diverse and fresh breakfast. We also opted for the optional private boat tour with the host, seeing Lake Orta from a fully different side. Being located just around 2/300 meters of the main square, one is very central with plenty of culinary options within less than five minutes walking. For us, b&b Al Dom is a true treasure, that we hope to get back to many times in the future.

Massimo was an excellent host and his recommendations for both visits and restaurants in the local area were excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect, easy walking distance to the local square, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as exploring the lake. The continental breakfast had a lot of choice, the yoghurt was especially delicious. The hotel was incredibly clean, even the outside area was as swept and cleaned daily even though no one had used it.
The room was excellent but it was sometimes a little noisy due to the location of the property (lots of people passing by at all times).
