Host lies, ignores messages, sewage smell, false number of beds, but okay apartment and location.

Good location very close to the main sightseeing attractions and the second train station. Plenty of space in the apartment.

Host is aggressive, lies and ignores messages. 1) The actual number of beds supplied DOES NOT match what we paid for on the website. The property was advertised has having 3 beds plus a sofa bed, but when we arrived there was no bedding for the sofa bed, instead it was dirty. When we asked the host to provide the bedding, which we had paid for, they refused and claimed we had been asked about bed arrangements already, which is a complete lie: we had never said we didn’t need the sofa bed that was explicitly listed on the website. When we asked again, they ignored our messages for the remainder of the stay. The main reason for booking this place was because we are 4 friends who don’t want to share a bed, so we got completely scammed for our money. 2) Terrible sewage smell in one of the two bathrooms. When we asked the host, they said it’s due to the city sewage system. Again, this is a lie because the other bathroom was fine. Host refused to take a look and ignored all messages after this query. 3) There is no physical key handover or key in a lock with a code, as usual. Instead, we had to put in all our personal information and passport photos onto their website, which was very difficult because the website didn’t work well. Host kept sending aggressive emails about completing the check in online, threatening to not to give us the online key code if we didn’t, even though I had explained we had problems with the website (I am not someone who cannot use technology, I am a professor of computer science). 4) Host replied like an AI Agent, and ignored all messages about actual problems. Do not book this place if you expect decent communication with the host.

Nice location, nice bathroom, really hot kitchen and old building had its specific odor.

A/C, kitchen equipment, really nicely remodeled bathroom

The lack of communication, when we had an issue with breakers and we lost power, we had to wait for hours and asked neighbors for help, because no one responded on the number that was supposed to be used in this case. And with no power, WiFi was out and we could not leave the property because the gate could be unlocked only electronically.

Disappointing

Location great, very quiet even though it was very central.

Photos not representative of current day, I think they were taken some time ago, everything is more dilapidated than portrayed. Well equipped kitchen (except take your own corkscrew if you want a glass of wine!! ), beds and sofa comfortable, rooms large and spacious but the apartment itself is 1st floor so you couldn't just wander out onto the patio area depicted in the photos, hence we didn't use that area, which was a shame as it was one of the things that attracted us to book. Even if patio had been more easily accessible I doubt we would have used it as is really shady and unloved. In fact, the whole place feels unloved for example picture frames on the wall with nothing in them! We kept looking in them thinking they were a mirror but it was just painted wall! Weird!! Where there is some art, it is dated and boring. In summary, great location, quiet, but could be far, far nicer with a bit of thought and effort.

Lehúzós!!!!

Az elhelyezkedése tökéletes.És ezzel vége is a pozitív dolgoknak.

A 100 eurós takarítás nem foglalja magába a szemét le vitelét!!!! (valami apró betűs részben ezt leírták) De abszolút lehúzás 50 eurót utólag ezért felszámolni.Mivel senkivel nem találkozol sem az átvétel,sem a távozáskor ezért 200 eurót bezárolnak a kártyán és ebből annyit vesznek le amennyit gondolnak valamilyen indokkal.A már eltört pohár ami az érkezésünkkor ott volt már említést sem érdemel.A fotók mesteriek és nem fedik a valóságot.

Appartamento spazioso e molto ben curato!

L'appartamento è ben curato, comodo e molto spazioso. La posizione ottima perché proprio dietro Piazza del Miracoli. L'accesso tutto digitale mi ha creato qualche ansia. Ma per il resto, è un luogo super consigliato!
