Tesis çok temiz bir apartman dairesi. Her şey çok ince düşünülmüş. Her yer çok temizdi, tabak, bardak, kahve makinesi, mikrodalga fırın her şey çok iyiydi. Kalorifer güzel ısırıyordu ayrıca klima da vardı. 2 gece kaldık ve çok rahat ettik. Çok temizdi. Konum olarak tramvay durağına 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde, tramvay da 15 dakika gibi bir sürede merkeze ulaştırıyor. Eğer otogara gidecekseniz oraya da 20 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Tesis sahibiyle WhatsApp üzerinden iletişime geçtik ve anahtarları o şekilde teslim aldık.

Sevmediğimiz hiçbir şey yoktu, çok memnun kaldık.

Maravilloso apartamento y maravillosa anfitriona

El apartamento era acogedor, confortable y provisto de todo, incluso de un pequeño botiquín. Estaba muy bien situado para llegar a Florencia con el transporte público. Pero lo mejor de todo fue Valentina, la mejor anfitriona, encantadora, educada y muy acogedora. Valentina hace que la estancia sea de 10. Por tanto, nuestra estancia ha sido de 10 en todos los aspectos. Lo recomendamos a todos que vayan a viajar por allí sin lugar a dudas

La atención de Valentina, impecable....muy agradable, servicial y cercana....nos dio muchísimos consejos. El apartamento genial, no le faltaba de nada, comodo y acogedor....y con dos aparatos de aire acondicionado, que con estos calores, agradecimos muchisimo!!! Muy facil aparcar sin pagar debajo del apartamento. Tranvia al ladito que en 10 minutos te deja en Florencia.

Séjour très agréable, je recommande les yeux fermés.

L'acceuil de Valentina est juste parfait. En plus, elle parle Français comme il faut et Anglais bien-sur. Nous a donné de bon conseil. Etait sur place en un rien de temps. Le tram est juste à 200m en descendant la rue pietonne. Un grand parking à deux pas ou places juste en bas de l'immeuble. 3étages avec ascenceur. Tout équipé avec petites attentions personnels, vraiment bien, je recommande.

Tra Chianti e Firenze....Scandicci!

Ci è piaciuto tutto! Struttura piccola ma accogliente con tutto il necessario presente, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Pulizia impeccabile. La posizione è sia strategica, perché ti permette di essere a Firenze (stazione di Santa Maria Novella) in poco più di 20 min grazie alla fermata della tramvia presente praticamente sotto casa, a 200 m, che comoda e tranquilla, perché si trova lungo l'area pedonale di Scandicci, dove ci sono tante attività, tra cui gelateria,bar,pizzeria, shopping ecc. Un ringraziamento speciale a Valentina, gentilissima e disponibile, che ci ha permesso di trascorrere tre giorni splendidi.

El apartamento está apartado del bullicio del centro con una parada de tranvía a dos minutos. Valentina es una anfitriona de 10, muy amable y servicial y el apartamento era muy cómodo, completo y muy limpio. Encantados con la estancia

Una bella scoperta

La casetta è molto ben tenuta, pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per stare anche più giorni. Posizione comoda ai mezzi pubblici che collegano Scandicci e Firenze, posti auto nei dintorni non ne mancano ed è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha consigliato un itinerario e degli ottimi locali dove potevamo mangiare o semplicemente bere qualcosa per aperitivo o dopocena Consiglio vivamente 😊

L'appartamento era bellissimo, comodo per 3 persone e con tutto l'indispensabile per un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima sia nel supporto ma anche nel fornirci informazioni su come girare in zona. Assolutamente consigliata!

El departamento amplio, con colchones y almohada muy cómodas, limpio, con todos los utensilios para la cocina, hasta un pequeño botiquín de primeros auxilios que tuvimos que usar. Valentina muy amable. El tranvía a 100 metros que nos llevaba al centro.

Alloggio perfetto per qualsiasi esigenza, addirittura più bello e accogliente di come mi era parso in foto. L'host mi ha accolto con gentilezza e l'appartamento ha le sue comodità, anche per andare in centro a Firenze in soli 15 minuti di tram.

Accogliente appartamento a Scandicci

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort. L'host Valentina e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno fornito preziosi suggerimenti per il nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento è facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione di Santa Maria Novella in 20 minuti di tram. Supermercati, bar e ristoranti sono nelle vicinanze e la zona è molto tranquilla.

Die Unterkunft ist keine fünf Minuten von einer Tramhaltestelle entfernt, deren Linie einen direkt ins Zentrum bringt. Weiter hat uns Valentina mit etlichen Tipps versorgt, die unseren Aufenthalt noch viel besser gemacht haben!

Все! Лучшее место где я была! 1. Чисто ! 2. Хороший ремонт ! 3. Полностью оборудованная квартира : на кухне есть кофемашина для любителей кофе из капсул , есть турка для варки итальянского кофе , сам кофе тоже есть ! Стиральная машинка и зона для сушки , ванные принадлежности все есть ) 4. Невероятно положительная и отзывчивая управляющая 🥰 5. Отличное расположение , до трамвайной остановки 2 минуты , до продуктового магазина 5 минут.
