I’ve stayed in a few different properties in the same area over the years, but this has been my all time favorite!

Absolutely not recommended

Unfortunately, I had an extremely bad experience with this landlord. I explained to him on the phone that I currently have difficulty walking and am unable to walk the 10 minutes from the parking lot to the apartment with a lot of luggage. We had to leave the apartment after the first night and move to another one. Despite repeated requests from me and Booking.com, we received no response. I hope he gets banned from Booking.com. For me, it's absolutely outrageous and unprofessional to treat guests like this.

Historic gem located in a desirable area of the city.

We loved the location it was a short walk to attractions, shops and restaurants. Although it was close to the walkway and on ground level it was quiet and peaceful. The AC units worked really well. There was much more space than we expected. Would be good for couples or multi generations traveling together. The terrace was beautifully decorated with plants.

The doors were a little confusing at first. The owner had to assist us during the visit with the slider, because we moved the key to the wrong position. It all worked out.

Exceptional

Amazing host that made or stay in Split perfect. Dado was really helpful and made our stay really comfortable. The apartment was beautiful and the location was great! Would definately reccomend this place to everyone

We had some problems with the front door a couple of nights, but Dado was super nice and helped us every time - so there was no worries. Top service!

Wonderful location and beautiful place

The location was fantastic and the apartment very spacious. The host was very responsive to messages and allowed us to leave our luggage before check in.

The aircon in the front room was incredibly noisy and didn’t maintain temperature.

The location is perfect! It was nice to have a washer and dryer both, which is a rare find in a rental. The rental is nicely decorated, and the owners are very quick to respond and accommodate our needs.

No parking, but there is a lot within an 8 minute walk that is free on weekends.

Great location, very clean and peaceful. The rooms provided maximum comfort and had a nice vibe. Host was super helpful and attentive, looking forward to coming back!
