SCAM! LAŽNI IZDAVAČ! THIS IS SCAM! SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED! In order to protect other guests who will potentially visit Split, I am writing to you with a request that the competent service check and investigate the case of a fake accommodation provider in the inner city of Split. Namely, I booked an apartment through the Booking.com platform, which had original pictures, neat reviews, and did not seem suspicious in any way. Even the communication through the Booking platform did not seem suspicious, they neatly shared information about parking, answered the question about a later check out. Since it was a self-check-in, we did not expect anyone on site, we were given a pin with which we had to unlock the lock-box in which the key should have been. Upon arrival in front of the apartment, Teutina 1 street, under the intercom, as it was, there was a box, however, the opening code was not correct. We assumed that something was wrong, wrote messages, tried to call but no one responded. The publisher stated that the spare key was in front of the apartment door, second floor, blue door. We went up, there was a lock box, the code they sent in the message worked, but there was no key, it was empty. Since we came to Split to run a marathon, we went to the Riva to get our starting numbers in the hope that the landlord would call in the meantime. After maybe 1 hour, around 4 pm, my daughter and I went back to the apartment to check again just in case. We rang the doorbell because we could see that the light was on. The gentleman opened the door, didn't introduce himself, just said that he had been living there for two months and that someone had already been there a few days ago with the same case. He is suspicious too because he immediately suggested where we could find accommodation. I didn't enter into any further discussions with him, I left the building.

The accommodation was very close to the attractions in Riva.

The host was super nice and incredibly friendly, which made our stay feel very welcoming.

The perfect choice for our one night stay.

The Location was 10/10 for the city center and literally 30 seconds away from several main clubs. The Staff was super communicative and friendly at all times. The House is very nicely decorated, feels modern and good to live in 👍 The entrance keys are stored in a lock box so it’s perfect for people who have flexible or early checkout/checkin, and is good if you lose keys often since you only need to remember the lock box code.

There is only one bathroom, though it has everything necessary and in 5 people (guys) we did not feel like we necessarily needed more, though it would’ve been nice. The house might seem a bit pricey, though for its overall value I’d say it’s definitely worth it, especially if you’re splitting the cost with several people.

The process of getting in took over 30 minutes. I had to dial a number for a restaurant who yelled at me and told me not to call them. Their were 5 of us staying there and we were give 4 had towels but no bath towels. I called and asked for towels and was told they would be there i 45 minutes. They NEVER came,

The sheets of the beds were old, so were the towels. When we arrived at 3pm the place was not cleaned, we had to wait 2 hours to check in

A bad and expensive experience.

Right after making the booking I cancelled it by mistake. I inmediatelly contacted both bookin.com and the owner to explain the mistake. My intention was not to cancel. Booking customer service did not answer me, but the owner did. He said that I had to pay 105 euro cancellation charges and then make the booking again. I did the booking again to prove my goodwill hoping that if I stayed at the place they would return the cancellation charges, but they never did, nor the owner or booking, so I ended up paying almost double the cost and I didn´t even got an invoice. A total fiasco!

great central location with amazing facilities. host was amazing help and offers airport transfers to avoid expensive taxi's. apartment is very spacious with plenty of room for activities.

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum von Split. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung und vor allem der Küche, inklusive Kaffee und Zucker.

Der defekte Lichtschalter vom Vorzimmerlicht bzw. der Fernseher sollten repariert werden.

Leiligheten er noe slitt, spesielt badet. Sengene var heller ikke særlig komfortable. Lite lamper utenom taklys, det lille som var manglet lyspærer. Vi var uten WiFi i flere dager inntil eier endelig kom og installerte Router. Eier svarte raskt på meldinger, men det tok tid før noe ble ordnet.. Vi fikk kun 1 nøkkel til hoveddøren nede (oppe var det nøkkelboks). Håpløst å være avhengig av hverandre for å komme inn (3 voksne). Beliggenheten var det eneste som var bra for oss som var i Split på en festival.

Iako smo mjesecima unaprijed rezervirali apartman i izvršili uplatu, kad smo nakon dugog putovanja stigli u objekt on je bio zauzet (drugi gost je bio unutra), a vlasnik nam se nije javljao na kontakt telefon niti odgovarao na poruke upućene preko Booking.com-a. Vlasnik ovog apartmana je u našem slučaju ispao prevarant i ne bih nikome preporučila da rezervira ovaj smještaj.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado.

Tivemos dificuldade de acessar o prédio, por sorte um vizinho nos ajudou. Apesar de amplo, o apartamento não é confortável. O banheiro é bastante antigo e o chuveiro está quebrado. Não havia lixo no banheiro. Não havia conexão wifi. Uma das camas estava quebrada e os lençóis das demais não estavam limpos.
