Great value but building is under renovations.

The flat itself is very comfortable and was spacious for our family. It has an ac unit, washer, dryer, and separate toilet room. The hosts are great. Very accommodating! The location is excellent! You are steps away from many restaurants in a quiet square.

The building is under major renovations. It smells like mold when you walk into the lobby. It had molded drywall propped up against the wall, broken flooring throughout, and even the door to our flat had a broken handle.

Building in state of renovation, steep shallow stairs in old building

Fresh & obviously newly renovated.

Beds hard, pillows old & square, old linen, access to building was poor. Entranceway poor, dusty stairwell, plaster dust everywhere - dirty & in state of current renovation, steep & dangerous shallow stairwell steps. Door handles damaged. No toilet paper on arrival, had to request same. Arrived 1 hour early & were denied access due to cleaning still in progress at 4.00pm. Not permitted to leave luggage so we waited on stairs after cleaner shut door in our face. Request ignored for mattress toppers or fresh pillows. Shower frame flimsy. No flyscreens or blockout curtains. No safe. No milk in fridge for a welcome coffee or drink. No tourism brochures available.

Perfect place for 4 people and for families.

Perfect location - 15 min walk from Papal palace and generaly the Old Town. Apartment itself located on very silent street, away from main crowded places. Apartment comfortable and cousy as we expected, with quite new furniture. It has even a laundry equipment wich can be relevant for families during longer stay.

Staircase steel under renovation - you can see some renovation equipment and materials which gives an impression of dirty and lack of order, but I suppose that when it's done, it will look nice.

Schöne Unterkunft in der Innenstadt, nah an allem wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber für Besucher mit Auto eher abzurate

Keine Informationen zum Parken des Autos und dass das Entladen 200 m entfernt passieren muss in einer Halteverbotszone- auf Rueckfrage wurde gesagt “50 m Entfernung, 2. Reihe parken, Warnblinkanlage”

Fantastisk vistelse i en väldigt fin stad

Det pågår just nu en renovering av trapphuset, men eftersom det sannolikt bara är tillfälligt väljer jag att bortse från det och istället fokusera på att det med all säkerhet kommer bli ett fint trapphus med rustik känsla när det är klart. Själva lägenheten är fräsch och välskött, med alla bekvämligheter man kan tänkas behöva. Ett stort plus för att värden hade fyllt på med kaffe, te, diskmedel och andra små detaljer som gör vistelsen lite extra bekväm. Vi fick dessutom bra rekommendationer på restauranger att besöka – och några att undvika – vilket uppskattades mycket. Överlag väldigt trevlig kontakt med värdparet. Läget är dessutom helt fenomenalt, med närhet till allt.

Un excellent endroit pour une visite d'Avignon à pied. Merci pour ce logement bien agréable.

Excellente communication avec les hôtes via la messagerie Booking. Appartement bien situé, près du centre ville et parking à proximité. Logement bien équipé et même plus avec des attentions utiles comme par exemple le consommable pour la machine à café et des produits d'épicerie. La literie est confortable. Les sanitaires sont neufs. La connexion Wi-Fi est au top.

Les travaux de rénovation dans les parties communes ne sont pas terminés. sac de plâtre éventré dans l'entrée. Mur en bois pourri, fuite d'eau pas très esthétique.

Excellent séjour, très agréable et avec toutes les commodités souhaitées

Le logement est lumineux et très bien équipé. Assez spacieux et dans un quartier extrêmement agréable. Les hôtes sont disponibles et les échanges très agréables.

Tout était très bien mais si je devais ajouter quelque chose : avoir une obscurité complète dans le salon lorsqu'on l'utilise pour y dormir sur le canapé lit serait appréciable. Les travaux dans l'immeuble et la vétusté de la cage d'escalier ne dépendent pas des hôtes mais c'était un peu dangereux pour des petits. Nous reviendrons et ils seront sans doute terminés :)

L'appartement vaste et très bien équipé. Sa localisation au calme, très près de la gare, très près de resto sympathiques (et indiqués par les hôtes).

Apparemment extra ,tous y est prévue pour passer un bon séjour, literie impeccable. Situation extra juste à côté de la voir central et d un jolie parc, restaurant et pub à proximité. Rue calme et silencieuse .Nous avons étaient satisfait ++

Séjour parfait avec un logement très bien situé (à proximité des gares Avignon TGV et CENTRE. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à proximité. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes. Logement très propre.

Confort, calme et bien situé pour visites et arrivée

Super emplacement : très proche de la gare, d'un parking public sécurisé, et dans la vieille ville donc petite place au bout de la rue avec restaurants, 10mn du Palais des Papes, et en même temps au calme. Appartement confortable et très agréable.

La porte d'entrée avec 3 verrous à fermer !
