Great apartment in lovely quiet spot, just needed the host to be a little more organized

Great location, with our own balcony. The apartment was small but enough for our needs. Very quiet. We loved Avignon

Difficult to contact the host, she didnt meet us but advised the key was inside however we required a code for the lock box in order to get inside.

Very quiet, great location with everything we needed

The apartment was spacious with all we needed. It was in a very quiet location in the older part of town near the Popes Palace

Great stay in Avignon center.

Very comfy stay in the old town of Avignon. The apartment was large, quiet and well equipped. I appreciated the coffee machine with coffee capsules. Everything worked well and WiFi was also strong (I had to do some video calls for work). Good hot shower. I did not see any personnel; I did self-check in and check out.

The check in instructions were sent just few minutes before my actual arrival.

Genuine old style comfortable

Genuine, old style apartment with wooden shuttered windows opening onto view of medieval houses and roof tops. Great location close to Palais des Papes, nestled in medieval stone streets. Spacious with separate kitchen, lounge and bedroom so plenty of room to move around. Excellent stock of utensils and supplies in cupboards for cooking and dining.

Bed needed to be softer, more comfortable. Front door very heavy to move and only opened part way.

Good location, responsive host; room equipped, but cleaning and luggage access could improve.

Great location within walking distance to the city. A bit tricky with luggage, but the host was responsive and the room well-equipped. Smooth check-in and check-out.

The room would be even better with a more thorough cleaning, as it was a little dusty and the sofa cover could use a refresh.

Amazing

Great location. Perfect large apartment with terrace. Lovely big bed and comfy mattress .clean and well equipped. Caught a very reasonable bolt taxi from the train station. Plenty of places to explore and eat.

A beautiful historic area , apartment is busy but a little neglected andkmitrf attention.to detail .

It’s in a beautiful location .

The parking is far away and access to the apartment isn’t clear . It would be good if this was explained . You need to drop your bags and park at the Mercure in palais de Papes . Also the apartment feels a little run down . It needs some care . The glasses were chipped - no matching ,no shampoo , very flimsy towels . The outside terrace needs a blow up and doesn’t look at all like the photo . It was cosy but underwhelming .

A wonderful little apartment in the heart of history

The apartment was in a great location, close to the Palais des Papes and the center of things. It was very clean and comfortable, and the street it is on was so quiet. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff, especially Sharon, was so helpful; she answered all of our questions quickly and perfectly.

Romantic and cool

Absolutely everything. Very stylish and clean. The terrace is amazing and the location perfect. I would recommend parking your car in the Palais Papes and walking from there. Don’t dare drive to the address, we did and it was a really bad idea

Perfect stay!

Lovely, friendly host. Great amenities and central location. The space was perfect for a 2 night stay due to the living room area and well stocked kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and everything was spotless. I can't fault it at all :)

Most welcoming B&B experience we ever had!

Other than the weather , Avignon is definitely the highlight of our Trip in France. The location is tagged in a little Rue 5 min walk to the Palacr, safe and tranquil. The host Sharon is the warmest host I have ever seen, I booked a non-refundable stay , and she was kind enough to allow change in dates. We arrived at bus station late and impossible to get a taxi, she helped to call for one ( always ask for meter in the taxi though, we had 1 overcharging experience in another occasion). The place is well decorated and equipped with coffee machine and dishwasher( yeah!), Sharon marked all nice restaurants on the map in advance, and reminded us of opening hour. Lastly, this location has 3 floors, the photo is for the apartment on ground floor, but personally I like the higher floor we stayed, if you don’t mind the climb( and Sharon even helped us with one of the luggage, really kind of her)

Very quiet, calm and comfortable.

Only thing was that I felt as though I was intruding when I used the washing machine, as the owner / manager was using it to wash and dry sheets, etc

Stupid Question...No breakfast at all

Zero Service once we checked it...Sharon helped. We never saw anybody again. NO SOAP, NO TOILETRIES. NO A/C. HOPELESS PROPERTY.

Great location, lots of character. perfect for day trips to towns in Provence.

the actual flat was lovely and very homey . good decor.

Wifi not reliable. Didn’t know had to walk 2 flight s of stairs with our luggage. Bathroom door didn’t close. Would be nice to have milk on arrival for that 1st coffee as we had been travelling all day and were dying for one and was a long way to find one when we didn’t know .our way at that time.

Excellent location and value for money

Superb location very close to Papal Palace. Free parking 15 min walk, just outside of old city walls. Communication with the host , Sharon, was very easy and she offered all sorts of helpful advice
