Petit appartement cosy qui permet d'avoir deux chambres bien séparées. La literie est confortable et l'appartement est propre. Il est en revanche idéalement situé. Surprise du samedi matin, un marché au bas de l'immeuble. Cuisine équipée avec le minimum mais très bien.
Le bas de l'immeuble et les parties communes qui restent à rafraichir. Le salon un peu trop petit qui convient pour un court séjour mais pas sur une longue période.

L’environnement c’était nickel y’avait tout à proximité
Juste un peu trop petit l’espace entre la cuisine et le salon. Et aussi le fait de marcher dans le salon ça résonnait énormément. Dernière chose pas de place de parking

Localisation très centrale, activité à proximité, rapidité de communication avec les hôtes
L'appartement est charmant mais nécessite une bonne rénovation, mitigeur salle de bain bouge, support pommeau de douche cassé, pas de bouilloire, plan de bar collant, ampoules grillées non remplacées... Les parties communes sont aussi très dégradées mais cela n'est pas de la responsabilité exclusive des hôtes, traces de pneus de vélos sur les murs, portes extérieures endommagées et forte odeur d'urine devant l'immeuble.
