Light apartment in central location

Location very good. Apartment was clean. Two showers were new and worked well. Heating was also fine.

We had great problems with the electric lock getting in when we arrived. Took some sorting by telephone when we finally got through to host: robot voice recognition did not work well. Reviews show others had similar problems. Some minor problems with faulty hob and cooking extractor, otherwise ok. Property description needs to state very clearly that it is not possible to stand up in mezzanine floor as ceiling is too low. Also stairs to it not suitable for everyone.

Well-located apartment

The location is very good — in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The apartment itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything you might need for a short stay.

The staircase leading to the apartment is quite steep and seemed a bit dodgy, so something to be aware of. The central location is great for exploring, but parking can be tricky—we ended up parking outside the city walls. The apartment has been renovated, but there was a noticeable smell of stale smoke when we entered (possibly from a previous guest or lingering from the past). The bedroom upstairs has very low ceilings—our 10- and 12-year-olds found were complaining, so definitely not for adults. Lastly, we hadn’t realized a deposit was required. It was fine, but good to note in advance.

Very nice apartment in the very centre of Avignon.

This is the perfect place for a stay in Avignon! In the middle of the quartier branché with plenty of cafés, theatres and restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, and Laurent is the most helpful host. I can really recommend this place to a party of 4-5 people.

Spacious, convenient location and clean.

Convenient location within the city walls, so walking distance to Avignon bridge and Papal Palace. Spacious apartment, and master bedroom has separate shower (no toilet). Comfortable lounge area, with plenty of natural light. Air conditioning in both lounge and main bedroom were very necessary during our July stay because the apartment got very hot in the afternoon.

There was a bad smell (like a sewerage smell) from the main bathroom and there was no extraction fan so constant smell. No washing machine to make our stay more comfortable. Loft bedroom upstairs so low that even kids were hitting their heads and stairs up and down to loft were precarious.

Apartment met our expectations and needs as a base for exploring Avignon and Provence. Host was great and it was exactly what you can expect from a hundreds of years old building.

It was noisy at night - very noisy - of course that comes with being city centre of a vibrant ancient city.

Nous avons adoré la proximité de tout pas besoin de prendre la voiture un appartement accueillant propre et très bien situé. Vraiment un séjour inoubliable.

Petit bémol à l’arrivée où nous avons eu des difficultés à accéder à l’appartement mais cela n’était pas dû à l’hôte juste un process qui n’avait pas fonctionné et qui est j’en suis certain corrigé pour les prochaines arrivées !

Nette kleine Wohnung, gut gelegen. Gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist ansprechend und zweckmässig sowie gut gelegen um alles in der Altstadt bequem zu Fuss Avignon erkunden zu können.

Die Treppe in die Wohnung ist steil. Gleich beim Eingang hatte es einen etwas muffeligen Geruch, der aber nicht bis in die Wohnung hoch drang. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Der Türcode an der Wohnungstüre hat nicht von Anfang an funktioniert. Der Vermieter aber gut erreichbar und konnte das umgehend beheben. Generell Altstadt Avignon: Die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Altstadt von Avignon sind mühsam. Besser man reist mit dem Zug an. Für das Abladen des Gepäcks kann man vor dem Haus kurzzeitig parkieren.

Die Wohnung ist für junge Leute gedacht und nicht für uns gewesen Wir waren 3 Personen über 70+. obwohl zuerst zu 4 gebucht hatten. Die 4 Person die wegen Krankheit abgesagt hatte. hätte die schmale 4 Treppen niemals geschafft Die Umgebung hatten uns sehr gut gefallen . Die Wohnung ist Zentral gelegen. Restaurant und Sehenswürdigkeit sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken ist nicht möglich. die Wohnung war sehr sauber,

Ich hatte zum erste mal Kaution zahlen müssen Die Zahlung war nicht einfach zu machen wie normal ist . PayPal. Kreditkarte .Überweisung . etc. waren nicht möglich. Zum erste Mal nach 15 Jahre, Booking.com so was erlebt

Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt von Avignon. Es alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Der kostenlose Parkplatz außerhalb der alten Stadtmauern ist 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und scheint sicher zu sein.

l’emplacement était idéal et l’appartement est bien sécurisé, les clim et chauffage marche très bien et lits confortables. hôte charmant et à l’écoute. soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs.

pas de micro onde, la capacité des ballons d’eau chaude est faible à 4 pas de longues douches et la propreté est à revoir au niveau de la salle de bain principale, serviettes propres mais tachées de maquillage et la douche mériterait d’être faite plus en détail

Només una tovallola per 5 dies. Les escales d’accés son complicades. Que et demanen dipòsit er poder reservar de 200€. Una de les habitacions és en un altell i fa difícil l’accés, sobretot si has d’anar al wc de nit. La olor a clavegaram era insoportable. i que hi ha dos dutxes però només un wc, per 4 persones és caòtic.
