Erholsamer Aufenthalt inn origineller Umgebung

Die Wohnung war sehr gut gereinigt und in Schuß gehalten, das Badabteil schien neu, jedenfalls modern ausgestattet (schöne Fliesen, schöner Waschtisch, moderner Handtuchtrockner-Heizkörper, große Duschkabine) und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit netten behaglichen Accessoires ausgetattet. Die Küchenecke hat für den schnellen Hunger alles parat (Kühlschrank, Microwelle, Kocheplatte, Wasserkocher, Kapselkaffee- und Filterkaffeemaschine). Geschirr etwas rudimentär, aber alles da. Der große TV ist an einer X-Box angeschlossen. Auf dem Bett schlief ich sehr gut. Der Garten ist ebenfalls mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, ich konnte dort gut frühstücken und am Abend sitzen. Auch hier war alles gut aufgeräumt und gepflegt. Der Fußweg zum Central Gare ca 30 min, bis zur Stadtmauer 15 min. Christian empfing und verabschiedete mich nach Absprache persönlich.

Tutto come ci aspettavamo, appartamento completo di tutti i servizi promessi , pulizia top , silenziosa,comoda x spostarsi con l auto nei dintorni si Avignone . Trasporti pubblici a 3 min x il centro. Cristian mostra una spontanea simpatia , disponibilissimo , gentilissimo. Piacievole SORPRESA Super consigliato!!

Magnifique dommage que nous n’avons pas plus de temps pour rallonger notre séjour.

L’appartement est super bien équipé, très bien placé; le propriétaire, Christian, est très sympa il a pensé à tout dans son établissement, également il a laissé à notre disposition du café et plusieurs thé dans l’appartement, des échanges enrichissants avec lui . Nous avons adoré. Je conseille vivement ce logement.

Séjour apaisant !

Hôte accueillant et très sympathique. Endroit calme, facile d'accès. Equipements, confort et propreté au top. Le jardin est un musée rempli de curiosités que vous pouvez contempler. Parking devant la maison et magasin d'alimentation à moins d'un km. Même s'il fallait la voiture, nous étions à proximité de beaucoup de choses en peu de temps.

Es ist sehr individuell,ruhig und ein sehr netter Eigentümer mit einem sehr schönen Garten Den ich mit nutzen konnte Ein größerer Baum sorgt für angenehme Atmosphäre. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Großteil der Strecke für über schattige Fahrradwege. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Avignon würde ich mich hier gerne wieder einquartieren

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Avignon. Schöne saubere Zimmer mit schönem Garten und Blumen und ein sehr netter Besitzer.Es hat herzige Schildkröten 🐢 im Garten. Mein Sohn hatte natürlich auch Freude .

L'amfitrió és tan acollidor i amable que passes per alt els petits inconvenients.

El jardí i la gentilesa de Christian, l'amfitrió. És prop de les muralles i del sorollós centre de la ciutat però no excessivament apartat. Ubicació fantàstica. Potser s'hi podrien introduir algunes millores per fer-lo encara més confortable, però cal tenir en compte la seva categoria. Per tant, bona relació qualitat-preu.

Falten alguns penjadors de paret per deixar jaquetes i bosses i algun llum de taula o aplic al costat del llit per poder llegir bé o consultar el mòbil.

Prima nette basis locatie waarbij loopafstand tot centrum en parkeren voor ons belangrijk/ doorslaggevend. Heb nog wat geleerd over schildpadden die in de tuin lopen en kon met de hond eenvoudig blokje om.

Une exceptionnelle pause vacances pour Nathalie et son fils chez un Avignonnais assez incroyable !

Formidable sur tous les plans, en particulier l'accueil du propriétaire, très convivial , surtout par sa facilité à partager son vécu des plus étonnant,mais aussi le côté atypique du lieu très bien mis en valeur par des objets authentiques dans un véritable écrin de verdure et de fleurs. De plus, tout est pensé pour être très fonctionnel, dans le logement lui même, en RDC avec petit extérieur charmant et accès privatifs, très bonne localisation, à 10 minutes à pieds des remparts qui ceinturent le centre ville d'Avignon, où tout est piéton avec très peu de parking possible. J'ai donc trouvé là un incroyable petit nid, au calme, dans une impasse, au milieu d'un quartier hors les murs composé de petites maisons du même genre puis d'immeubles en cours de rénovation, impeccable pour s'y garer et rejoindre la Porte Thiers par le très agréable raccourci du chemin des Canaux et même revenir avec le bon réseau de transport en commun. Bref, en un mot, j'y reviens tout simplement en décembre !!. Donc , ne manquez surtout pas cette maison d'hôtes avec un excellent rapport qualité prix, surtout vu le coût de l'hébergement dans le centre ville.

Nettes Refugium in der Nähe der Altstadt

Super netter, unkomplizierter, englischsprechender Vermieter. Keine Top-Wohnlage, aber direkt am Radweg (Via Rhona) gelegen, sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse, 5 Minuten mit dem Rad in die Altstadt. Das Apartment/ die Küchenecke ist mit allem gut ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber. Sehr gute Abstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder.

Es wäre gut, wenn die Zusatzkosten für Bettbezüge und Handtücher deutlicher gemacht würden.
